Hi friends,
happy Tuesday. Another rainy day here in TN, I swear we have not had a winter at all not that we ever do have much snow but we have rain and rain and more rain.....
Anyway ---I am sticking to the plan, still got some swelling that I am trying to get rid of, haven't done a mid week weigh in and had awful good comfy food this weekend, but was back on track yesterday......Friday i had hot and spicy beef from a local Asisan place and Saturday we had pizza and Sunday was wings......so....gotta get rid of that sodium this week.
Getting my staples out Thursday and am dreading the heck out of that......I assume it will be painful....
Still shooting for 171 Friday!
Stay motivated!

When I had mine removed it wasn't that bad - it pinches but nothing crazy - and I had 43 of those F**KERS! LOL
Hopefully your swelling keeps going down - I'm tellin' ya, get on top of that bone broth!!!0 -
Good luck tomorrow, I hope it's not too painful0
-
Sending over quick healing vibes!!!
Good luck with 171 👍0 -
Thanks for the well wishes 171 not in my cards today. It was 172 so I will still take that and aim for 169 next week!!!! I figured I wasn't going to make it but am hoping for sure I am done with the 170s by next Friday...…..
Still a 12lb loss since my restart in Jan. Not bad ya'll!

You almost did it, you are probably still hanging on to water weight from surgery. I hope you get to 169 next week and if not it's fine because even a 1 pound loss is better than a gain in my book0
-
That is so true. You are such an inspiration!!!!! I appreciate all of the support.
Yep, and it seems like it is harder now that I am closer to my goal. Well, not super close, but 30ish pounds is pretty close considering when I started...….At my highest, years ago I was at 234 makes my shudder to recall how big I was...….
Happy Friday Ya'll!1 -
2.5 pounds in a week is awesome. I believe 169 is totally doable for next week. You have come a long way and your goal is within reach. Keep up the good work!0

Thanks Tracey!!!0

AWESOME BOOOOOOOOOO!!!! That stupid surgery threw a wrench in things and you STILL stayed on course! AMAZING!!!!
Super proud of you for fighting through and staying the course! On to 169 next week! :-D0 -

Hey guys, everyone seems to have a good weekend. I need to start taking photos too, i get so hungry looking at all of them.
This weekend was takeout Asian on Friday, I had veggie lomein
Saturday we went to a local Mexican place and it was a steak quesadilla with guac
sunday we did take out Indian, and I had some veggie korma and chicken birayani.
Since I am off today and need to get back to cooking which I adore, I am making meatloaf, loaded mashed, stir fried cabbage, and pinto beans......I promise to try to take photos...…
Total OMAD this week, but may throw in a 24 hour water fast later in the week.....
Stay strong!

I'll probably be joining you girls on that water fast!!!0

I think I will join you on that Thursday fast as well. I am doing so well with my fasts, it is the eating days that I am having issues with. I will overcome though.0
-
Yep let's do this!
Last night, I made bacon wrapped meatloaf, loaded mashed potatoes, stir fry cabbage and pinto beans, totally southern ya'll…….I also had a small piece of cake I had made over the weekend. I think with the tasting I ate over the one plate rule, so I am being more strict today. But man it was yum, will try to post pics.
