I am hoping the scale will be forgiving this week. I haven't been bad with food (maybe not eating enough?) but exercise has been off;( Its baby time at my little farm and I haven't had more then 2 hours sleep in a row for over a week! 2 sets of kids (goats) and one set of lambs are in my house being bottle fed. Mothers with more then twins I have no idea how you do it! haha I did get a little break and work some horses yesterday afternoon, but i looks like snow again tomorrow:( uggh

Ahhh that is amazing! You're a good soul for taking such care of them! Lack of sleep and stress is not good. Hang in there.1 -
@Djou11 and @wyhorzegal Thanks for the advice and encouragement. I normally always meal plan breakfast and lunch but then I have a weakness for trying desserts in new places or snacks that I normally wouldn't "allow" when I'm home, and that's where I fall off the bandwagon. I definitely just need to treat being away as if I'm still at home, and yes @wyhorzegal, I will make an extra effort to walk a ton! Thank you!2

What a day yesterday! We had this big ice storm. So many trees snapped. At least the temperature was more on the + side than the - side. This morning, most side walks are clear. Hopefully spring will be here soon.

@WA_Teacher Hang in there, remember the scale doesn't always tell the truth. I do measurements once a month too.
@koirakoira nice loss this week! Ice storms are horrible! I hope the sun comes out and starts to melt things.
@stacybaker707 Great job on going to the gym! I am just learning to love the gym. but now the weather is getting nice and feel myself not wanting to go so I can play outside.
@bisonpitcher - sodium gets me alot too, and its always the weirdest things that are packed full of it:( uuggh Have a great week:)

I am sitting here in my office watching it snow:( yesterday was beautiful I even did a extra short walk around the place before dark. Then the wind came up and bang...snow
Only have one more ewe left:) yay...and one little mini goat but she is 6 weeks out so I will not get to excited about her for a while.

I dont like excuses but here's mine, lol. I spent 4 of the last 7 days in the Hospital. I gained 10lbs of fluid in that 4 days from a few IVs. I got out monday and I know it will come off as its water weight but I really, really, really hate seeing that number go in the wrong direction. Unfortunately I will not be doing much exercise this week either as I am still recovering but I will do my best.

I woke up to lots of little crying babies, (goats and lambs) got my goat milked got everyone fed and still made it to work 30 minutes early. So I did a workout in my office before everyone got here this morning:) The sun is shining and l hope everyone has a wonderful healthy day!2

@miltonbuddy Awesome loss girl. Training does challenge the body quite a bit and eting the right food at the right time may be exactly what created this amazing loss. Keep it going

@stacybaker707 great loss again this week!! how is the keto treating you? Did you get any keto flu symptoms ? how is the energy level ?
@SavannahS2016 Being sick totally sucks, hope you feel better soon. But yeah for a 2 lbs loss!!! and I could be wrong but I'm assuming that the April 30th (and April 29th weigh ins) would actually fall under the may week 1 will dbl check on that for you.

@wyhorzegal thanks for stepping in to cheer up everyone, and I didn't get a msg from you. did you sent it in the email/direct message part of mfp .... can't see it ... I will msg you if you want to reply on that.... oh and my new program is starting officially on the30th but I'm in prep mode right now ... I decided to go back to something that has always worked well for me in the past and it's beachbody's workouts ... no sales pitch here just my experience with the workouts have always been positive ... I'm starting the "80 day obsession" one soon... in the meantime that my challenge group starts on the 30th I have been doing "A little obsessed" it's a 5 day prep for the big 80 day one and let me tell you I have muscles hurting right now that I didn't even know existed lmao .... sore is an understatement !!! Oh and btw I'm admire you're dedication to your farm friends, I have my own little animals (3 small kids and 2 big kids to look after) but it takes someone special to care and love them ... Kudos to you!!

@koirakoira good job on that loss this week and yes we got hit with that ice storm too my internet was down all Monday morning and has been hit and miss ever since.
@bisonpitcher oh don't you ate that when you're retaining water just the day that you have to post your weigh in when it was better a few days prior ... and yes sodium intake might be contributing to that but here is link that I found on different minerals also affecting water retention https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/6-ways-to-reduce-water-retention#section5 hope this helps

It's important to recognize that we can use some help and ask for it. Things might not always be done the way we would but as long as they're done that's all that matters. So I haven't logged a full day in awhile. I start out with good intentions then if I know something will put me over then I stop logging for the day because I don't want to know how many calories I ate. Well today I am proud to say I logged every single thing and stayed in my calories. I'm also potty training my very stubborn little girl who says she wants to potty but sits for hours before she finally potties. So needless to say I haven't had much time for snacking. I am desparate to lose some weight before our vacation on June 22nd. I have to start taking this more serious. I made it under my calories today and I don't feel deprived and I was never starving. I need to keep in my mind that I will still live without a bedtime snack. We will see how the scale looks on Friday.5

@aganey one day at time! I know I do several meals all day! Mine takes a little planning but I am never hungry and sometimes I have to make myself eat all my food. Great job tracking, make yourself track even if you go over, so you can go back and see what you did:)

@WA_Teacher that is great! sometimes all we can do is work on one thing at a time! My husband is a teacher so I totally understand report cards and parent teacher conferences. What grade do you teach?

uuggh! I just want to go to mcdonalds and have everything bad! I know I haven't slept for a week, but I have been under in all my stuff on MFP and I have exercised even did extra walks, came to work early and did extra workouts! Drank my water.....I guess it wasn't in the scale this week:( sorry team!
It was my week to do my monthly measurements and I did loss another -7 inches this month, so I that is good.
Me talking to myself "I will stay focused, I will still meet my goals, I am working towards a positive lifestyle change, I can do this!" haha ok some what better now!
