    Hi Everyone!!
    Started keto Monday. It has been a tough week I love skittles.
    Starting weight 229.4
    Week 1 weight: 213.6

    I know all weeks won’t be like that as it was mostly water weight. I retain easily. Hope to see another loss this week.

    Add me if you want. Also I love to swap keto recipes!!!

    Gained a pound but I'm not going to let it keep me down. I'm posting a day late because I've been under the weather again! My allergies took over my head last week and cleared up just in time for Easter Sunday then Wednesday I was sick all over again with the same crud. I forgot to weigh yesterday and just now remembered, Saturday evening RIGHT after dinner :s I usually weigh in the morning before I eat or drink anything. That's why I'm not too worried of the one pound gain. It will be back down next week!

    Keto is helping me, as long as I eat enough and not get so hungry that I bite everyone's heads off!

    I posted my weight. I know I'm in a different time zone but I didn't think it was 6am Sunday when I posted.
    It must of been cause this post says 3:13 and it's 15:15 here.

    Not the biggest loss but given that I cheated last weekend and struggled to get back on track for the first half of the week I welcome that 1.5 pound lost :)

    Idk but I started with 228 and am now 221

    April starting weight is 205

    Stayed the same weight this week. Eating hasn't been great i need to get it together. ill start eating a super light dinner and finish by 8pm. lets see if that makes a difference for week 2.
