    Paula...listen to Shelley... <3<3

Walked and yoga and baby lifting today. He hears things out front...cars, trucks, planes...wants you to go with him to see. We watched the neighbor across the street come and go and come back in his noisy yellow truck. Ronan loved it!!

Isn't it great how a baby-lifting workout automatically increases the weights for you, Chris?

Today I was busy. Grand kids visiting for Grimm watching. Plus one of the heaters in my display tank stopped working. Good thing I have backups. Though the heater is in the back section of the tank. Have to take it apart to get to it. So this time I added a new controller to the heater. Can't be to careful. It is the tank with my oldest fish in. The clowns that lay eggs are in. The tank dropped down to 71° before I noticed it. :#

Sanara and I will be working out in the morning.

Chris you can live through a child's eyes and wonderment and discover new things. Never a boring moment.

Paula Libby Lu loves to play ball. Maybe you can Invision her playing on the side lines with you. B)

Got both of our challenges complete. 50 second plank and all the others. Increased the one arm row to 20 pound on the last set. The over head presses still really hurt my shoulder. :(

Shell, Is Libby Lu your kitty? I'm so bad with names.

Please be careful of your shoulder! Is working through the pain good for you?

(Derek had to do that when he had frozen shoulder. It is so counter-intuitive to push when our bodies say that pushing will harm us.)

Paula Libby Lu is the puppy Rocky got last summer. Same size as a cat though. :) And it is the frozen shoulder I am working through. B) So as you know with Derek it is better to push through the pain at times. How are you feeling?

Chris I am still amazed at you having a trainer. High five. :drinker:

Rest day for the planks. So I added laying down fly's and skull crushers.

Shelley, if I didn't have a trainer I would be a fat blob sitting in the corner eating everything. She is really good to us. This past week was so fun w/DDD working out with me again. Can hardly wait for summer break. Yeah!!

I would love to have my own puppy. One that was already potty trained and knew all the commands, of course. I'd love to have another Keeshond. They make my heart happy.

Hope we can walk after the boys are picked up.

Chris I have to really push myself some days. A trainer would be a huge help. If I had the time. My fish keep me busy. Just going downstairs to work out is convenient. But also easier to find excuses not to. Last night I had to talk myself into it. I was giving myself a Paula talk. If you would have gone down them stairs instead of playing on your Kindle you would be done already. Just a few minutes more. Come on, you know that leads to a few more minutes and muscle melting. Just get up and go downstairs! Finally did.

Chris I do not have a potty train my puppy anymore. The puppy mostly learned from the older dogs. And she loves to chase tiny balls. :p I also think that your lessons was so adorable. Hugs.

I made it downstairs with minimal begging. Got both of our challenges complete along with the 2 additional exercises. Plank was 1 minute. Seemed much longer though.

I was in serious pain Sunday and have stayed on the couch to heal. Not sure if it's sciatica or stress - seeing the doctor tomorrow. It seems like a bunch of things hit me at the same time - the only connection seems to be stress. Derek's having me read a "mind over matter" book.

Shell, I hope your shoulder is better soon. It took Derek about a year.

Chris, Do you still play with DDD's puppy too? Keeshond's are pretty - I've heard they're very independent and hard to train though, but loyal and loving.

    Take care,

Day 6 - 35 secs. Tennis coaching drills - 90 minutes. Bike - 2 x 15 minutes going to work my way to 4 x 15 to get an hour in daily. Back to arms challenge today. I plan to continue with these challenges for awhile. Especially the arms.

Paula I am hoping the best for you. Stress can sure kick us in the butt. The shoulder has been a long time healing. But it is getting steadily better.

Kathy I bet those drills are the toughest part of your workouts. I am also going to continue with these challenges for a long while. :drinker:

After my tooth implant I got our workouts done. If I waited for the numbing to wear off it would not happen. So done and done!

Paula...to the couch with you. And stay there until you get a doctor's note saying you can get up!! (Said that in my "Mom" voice.) And, yes, we still play with Bean, but he goes home. I had a Keeshond for 14 years. I was young and dumb. Should have been a better mom to him. He was born on Mother's Day and passed on Thanksgiving when Sara was two. He was the best puppy.

Great job, ladies. I will post these exercises again. Keep it up!

Got creamed by our trainer this afternoon. My arms won't work tomorrow, I'm pretty sure!

Was feeling better (somewhat) yesterday. Wanted to go into work for a couple hours (my coworker is out 5months maternity) cuz things are getting urgent. But my boss called and said don't.

Had a doctor appt in the afternoon, turned out I couldn't drive, so Derek took me - put the seat flat and looked out the moon roof. When I told doctor I'd wanted to go to work, she squawked loudly. When we got home and I collapsed in exhaustion, I understood what they were all saying.

Doctor says it's probably correctable nerve damage due to immobility on operating table (heart ablation) two weeks ago. Prescribed meds and bedrest. If it's not better by next monday, she's referred me to a specialist and MRI to look further.

Hope to walk later this afternoon. We'll see.

Paula are you frickin nuts? Will you plant your butt in a chair and relax? Do I need to taser you to get you to behave? Now listen to Chris's mom's voice and behave. No arguing woman!

Chris I sure hope your trainer is sore tomorrow also. Would serve her right! B)

Kathy I do not know why, but then planks are harder this time around. :s They are kicking my butt. :#

I took a pain killer last night. It did not agree with me. I was up and down throwing up all night. :/ I took the day off tonight.

Paula...ya gotta listen to both of us, now!

Shelley!!! I hope that whatever is causing your upset stomach is gone now. Did you take the pill on an empty stomach? That's when I get into trouble. I hope you're feeling better.

Actually, I wasn't as sore as I thought I was going to be...funny! I can barely get to a minute on the planks. And I whine the last 30 seconds. Meeting w/our trainer at 1:00 for strength/legs then at 4;30 for yoga w/DDD. Our trainer is out of town tomorrow, so yoga has to be today or not at all. DDD wanted it this week.

Hope you all have a great day today.

Paula's butt is planted in a chair. She is freakin nuts but doesn't want to be tasered - it wouldn't be good for her heart. She is pouting.

But she needs to eat something to take her pills otherwise she will be like poor Shelley, urghhhhh...

Sitting on sidelines watching her girlfriendz rule.

Chris stomach is better. Glad you were not as sore as anticipated. And so happy that Paula is listening to us.

Paula I bet you were looking over your shoulder for my taser. <3

I got my challenge done. Needing to up the weights some again. Chris I skipped my plank. Now I feel guilty since you did yours. I will do it twice tomorrow.

Today I increased the best over row weights. Went up to 25 pounds in the past set. Still doing toys and skull crushers. One minute plank. They are getting easier.

p.s. No, I am not looking over my shoulder for your taser. I assume you will be more direct and just shoot me straight in the but or such. Besides, I'm being good!
