Did I tell you guys my co-worker Angie knocked my head into a window. We were standing looking out a full length window on the 5th floor between courts. I leaned forward to see something and she whacked me in the back of my head! I turned around prepared to hit her back, but the look on her face was priceless. She thought I would of been able to catch myself. I guess I was leaning towards the window just as she struck the back of my head! We laughed so hard we almost fell down.

Did our challenges today. Arms are looking better. :)

I'm glad you didn't slug her, Shelley. Sometimes we do the stupidest things, poor girl, so funny that you were able to laugh afterwards. Would have loved to have seen it. Giggles make me giggle. Good for the soul.

What Paula said. Too funny! Now girls, no fighting...you are grown up officers of the law :#

Did my assigned workout yesterday. Felt much better when it was done. So sluggish lately. Walking w/DH this morning with no worries to end our fun...sneaking in and out of the houses being built...don't tell Shelley!! It's really pretty cool to see how they do things. So many bundles of lumber...great smell...all color coded and numbered.

Some of the popular kids in my high school (a loooong loooong time ago) got busted for stealing lumber from construction sites to build school floats.

Kids could be so stupid, not realizing how cruel their actions were. Is it different now that they are exposed to the world through mass media?

Makes me small bit glad to have been unpopular. According to the diagram below I was probably a dweeb then and a nerd now.

Goats are over at the gym. Squirrels are in hiding. Did

Paula, kids were so cruel in school. I never fit in. Especially when we went into foster homes. Oh, well. Glad I taught my kids kindness and that it wasn't okay or cool to be mean. I would be a nerd.

Walked this morning w/DH then shopped for tomorrow. Got DDD a Fitbit Versa. She'll like it...I hope. I got one too. If we don't like them we have 30 days to return them. We are taking fruit and a breakfast dish that I've never made before...dun...dun...dun.

Foster home Chris? Sounds sad. And scary. :'( Don't get caught going into them homes. But if you do just tell them you were looking into moving. ;) And if that does not work Paula and I will bond you out. What memories we will have! :p Happy Mother's Day! And Chris, he careful going into them homes. They can be dangerous. Imagine trying to walk the trusses on the second floor? Good thing my co-worker was not there to shove me off! Muahaha

Paula I wish you could have seen it also. Not sure how I would have fit into your chart. I was quiet mostly. But not really shy. Just always watching people. I liked to watch. Kids are still cruel. Only now they capture everything on camera. Life was simpler before internet....I

Good job, Shelley! My dad beat my mother for the last time and she left on Halloween when I was 13. She had explained it to us. I didn't blame her. None of us did. The following week he put five of us in different foster homes and my order brother ended up in a boys detention center for stealing hub caps. Sometimes you go from one kind of abuse to another. Anyway, the story and the aftermath is long and crazy. There was no Child Protection back then. I should tell you the story of when my sister and I turned ourselves into the San Diego Juvenal Authorities because of his abuse...haha...yeah, not funny!

Got our walking done early this morning. It's so different walking for exactly an hour than it is walking for five miles. The sky is getting lighter earlier...makes me happy! And, well...I need my trainer back or I'm going to turn into a big blob again!!

Thanks, Paula. It just made me stronger and determined that I would never treat my kids that way. He's in hell where he belongs and can't hurt another woman or child ever again.

Thanks, Shelley. I buy, DH plants and Ronan waters. What a team! Arthritis is nasty. Back seems under control, but now the front of both hips are a real bother and like a nasty shin splint down the outside of my left leg. Woke me up in the night. Hurt like crazy. Going to go soak for a while. No walking today. Shoot...

Okay, talk to you guys later.

That's what my sciatica felt like, Chris. In fact I thought it was a combo of back pain, hip arthritis and shin splints, but it turned out to be a pinched "number 4 nerve" - awful pain! Hope you feel better soon. Gabapentin works for nerve (and other) pain and is not narcotic and does not interfere with blood thinners (me).

    Wishing well for you!

I hate to be in pain. I feel awful you two have had such experiences like these. Getting older is not for sissies!

Did our workouts today. Yesterday I did stairs with a friend. We use the back stairwell. The public does not have access to them. And no cameras either. So we can be ourselves.
