Paula glad to hear you are being good. And thanks. I am happy to be increasing. I wonder if gassing ones butt would cause it to be firmer. Shock therapy.

Worked late tonight. But my co-worker, Angie, and I walked stairs whenever we could. Will get it done tomorrow.

It is that darn spell mess up thing. Tasering ones butt! You two are awful. Which is why I luvs ya both.

Did both of our challenges. With my daughter. Still adding skull crushers and lying down flys. And today we added some squats and lunges. Might have to add in some burpees!

I must mention. Since starting this new challenge my arms are really firming back up. Tonight I will hit them hard again. Headache or not!

Paula you say the nicest things!
Looks like I did not put in yesterday's workout. I got up early and did our challenges before work yesterday.
Today I got all of them done and added bench presses. Even did a walk and climbed stairs at work.

Worked out yesterday before work.Then a female co-worker and I walked around the courthouse and inside doing stairs. At the top of each landing we did 5 calf raises, so that was 10 landings each time we went up the 5 floors. Now whose crazy idea was that!

I rarely have ever drank. Not my thing.
Did a modified form of our challenges. Added 3 new exercises. 60 second plank. Then walked the kids. Took our granddog Moxie also.

Took today off. Started my fish on their parasite med. Nasty little internal bugs. This is a new picture of Wishbone, my angel. She is only 3 inches. 2.5 last year. She is swimming over a large coral I have had since it was about an inch in diameter.
Chris looks like we will both be playing makeup workouts tomorrow.

Taking today day off walking but have workout w/our trainer at 1:00. Phone appt w/doc at 2:50 this afternoon. Hope to have some answers.

Worked out this morning. Morning workouts have a double edged sword. Mills me to get moving so early. But so glad when it is over.

Worked out w/our trainer yesterday. She gave me a list of exercises to do this next week while she is recovering from having her tonsils ripped out! I'm writing the list...she get to the end and adds a one minute plank...ugh!
Hoping to walk this afternoon. We'll see.

My ability to exercise has been increasing slowly. I remember when washing a few dishes was it for the day. Yesterday I vacuumed the whole house and it was too much. The prednisone makes me happy/manic and lowers the pain. But it's okay today.

Vacuuming is good exercise. Washing dishes is good exercise. Nice job, Paula!
Mine exercise today was walking and getting 3.4 miles an hour for 5.32 miles this morning. We haven't done that in a long time. We saw a herd of goats working on the weeds along the canal. So fun to watch them get up on their hind legs and try to pluck leaves off the tree! Then butting each other if one gets in the way of the other.

Have my workout from our trainer for this afternoon.
Getting ready to get at least and hour walk in this morning. Lleaving in 20 mins. Dark outside...
We're taking R&B to see the goats this afternoon. DH got pics. I'll send one.

We didn't make it to the goats. Ronan wanted to walk down the path...took a long time. He wants to look at everything...just like Bean!! We ended up walking around the high school. Going to try to make it to the post office tomorrow morning. Don't know if we will have enough time. We'll see. We were doing 3.5 mph this morning. Too hot this afternoon for DH.
Back tomorrow.
