    Tee hee!

What new ones did you plant, Shelley? Pictures, please.

No pillow talk this morning. Down to business in about 30 mins. Maybe not as fast as we normally go, but we'll be out there. Supposed to rain this morning, but I haven't seen any yet. And meet w/our trainer this morning.

What do you guys want to do for exercise in June? I'll start looking.

Kids will be back tomorrow. Can't wait. Miss them a ton!

Chris pick something everyone can do. Yoga, stretching, cardio, weights or a combination. I have been doing the planks in full uniform. It so is not getting easier! :s

Shell, maybe if you don't load your weapon, it'll be easier to plank (bullets are heavy!)

Chris, I've been wanting to do some pushups, planks and arm dumbbells, need to start again.

Okay, thanks, you guys. That helps a lot.

Walking w/Bean in a few mins. Our trainer is taking it easy on me. I'm so frustrated. Took my very first Epsom salt bath yesterday. Man! I am such a Shower Girl. Thirty minutes in hot water is 30 mins too long!!

    Have a great Saturday.

There you are again Chris, up at an ungodly hour. I think you've had a bad influence on my cats. Was it you who told them it was okay to wake mom up at this hour to make breakfast? Big fat hairy kitty tails everywhere. Phooey!

Agh, okay okay, okay, I hear you big fat kitties. Mommy's coming...

    ((exasperated sigh))

Paula you are right, I carry 45 rounds of ammo. Hmmm, I Could leave them at home. Hahaha. That pesky radio is also heavy! Funny,Rockys kitty is a Morningstar also. Ready set...pushups! :p

Chris I used to like baths, no time now. Epsom salt helps with swelling. :)

Shelley, you should see my bendy DDD do some of those yoga moves! She is down-right amazing...all while I sit in a frog's pose!! I made that up...don't know if frogs do yoga.

Day off walking. Going to pick up R&B in a few mins. Two more weeks of school then summer break! Yes!!

    Have a great day!

143.0 this morning at 5:00. Workout later. Ronan & Bean first.

Paula, I don't like baths. Gotta come up with something else to fix this stuff. :'(

Hey Chris, Sounds like you've got your priorities straight, children come first, absolutely.

The Epson baths were Shelley's idea. I'd love baths, but our tub and shower are in different rooms, and washing in one then rinsing in the other would leave a big soapy trail through the house. :anguished:

Paula...Getting in and out of our tub is a pain! The sides are really high with no step or anything...getting out is dangerous because you are wet...DON'T LIKE IT!!!

I know what you mean, especially when I was heavier and less balanced. I used to drool over the walk in tubs. paula
But maybe not with my clothes on and the door open? jtrge0qxnf32.jpeg

My daughter has one of those walk in tubs. They were going to get rid of it. I talked them out of it. Then my SIL was hit by a ball playing softball. Fractured his head and was glad they kept it. Nasty.

He was fine. It was a couple of years ago. He spent a week in the hospital. Then a couple more at home before returning to work. He was very dizzy and would not have been able to stand to shower. They have kept the walk in tub. Great decision. ;)
