The last weight I saw in May was 128.4. Meaning I only lost like 1 lb this month, I had lost more but then gained some back. But I was NOT good this month and I'm kind of surprised it wasn't worse. My NSV this month that I'm focusing more on, was I took measurements again and I have shrunken down, a majority of the loss was in my thighs which I am super excited about. Even at my skinniest, I always had "thunder thighs" that were bigger in proportion to the rest of my body size. And before even taking the measurments, I had noticed my shorts and pants were more loose in the thighs. So I'm still considering this month a win even if it wasn't my best month.6

Didn’t make goal as a result of a Memorial Day Weekend trip that took me off track for a little bit. I’m back on track and have a new goal for June to be 190lbs by July 1st2 -
Paused the IF this week and I seem to be back on track. Not sure yet what's up with that, but will continue to stay the course and see how it goes!
