    Congratulations, Kate, on running your first trail race and exceeding your expectations!! I have heard they can be challenging but rewarding!! I guess you behaved yourself at your staff party if you ran a race the next day!!

    When something doesn't feel right when you have to miss a workout, then you know it's becoming a part of who you are!! That's right....Monday mornings are for starting the week off on the best possible foot!! Have a great gym session!!

    Well, @Tracie_Lord, you might be a little off target of where you had scheduled yourself to be, but you did have a great week, losing 2.11% of your weight, and placing third overall in the challenge for last week!! Congratulations!!!
