Hi everyone! Goals for June is to get to the 170s3

Hi everyone! June is going to be the 7th month I am in this challenge. My goal is mindful eating. In Apr-May, I worked on exercise routing; and was/am able to stick to it. I am still doing 3 times/wk weights, and 2 times/wk cardio. But I do realize that without proper eating, my effort in the gym will not show.3

Hi - June is going to see me into the 150's! I am determined! Also, my goal for June is to exercise 3x week....Ive been really remiss in this!2

I plan on breaking the 200 barrier in June and showing it off at the pool2

I am quite confused about the first week vs. starting week for each month. Take May & June, so the last week of May is not included towards May, but rather treated as the starting weight for June? Or maybe I am confused because I weigh myself on Sundays?1 -

Im sorry my weigh in is a day late. I was visiting my husband for the long weekend and he doesn’t have a scale. Pretty much sabotaged my last 2 weeks of progress over the weekend, so I’m pretty disappointed in myself. However, my goal for June is to avoid weekend bingeing. I do great all week and then for some reason feel the need to “reward” myself on the weekends, and the last thing I need is a food centric reward. My goal for June is to get as close as I can to 140!2 -
I'm looking forward to June. My goal is 6 lbs down (1.5/week). I have 6 business trips scheduled in June so it'll be a challenge but I can do this!3

I know it is a bit confusing especially for Sunday weigh ins. I will try to explain it the best I can.
june week 1 is from May 27th -June 2nd
june week 2 is from June 3rd - 9th
june week 3 is from June 10-16
June week 4 is from June 17- 23
June week 5 is from June 24-30 ( exceptionally)
your starting weight will automatically be the last weigh in of the previous month for everyone.
So for ppl with Sunday weigh ins your starting weight will be the weigh in submitted on May 20th and your week 1 will be the May 27 th weigh in.
Hope it makes a bit more sense.1 -

Hello everyone! I hope everyone had a great weekend!
My goal for this month is to say good bye to the 200's forever! It will be a challenge for me, I teach at a kids horse camp for a week, and then I have a family vacation for a week. But I have faith that I can make good choices and crush this goal!

I hard time deciding what picture to share! I had so many:) We camp with some really great friends and they still have two teenage girls at home, so they keep up us laughing all the time. We ended up taking 7 horses, 7 dogs, a goat and one baby lamb with us:) the goat gave my lamb fresh warm milk and then she made the best goat cheese right over the fire! Amazing! I made ok choices but got lots of activity in with horse back riding (found lots of horns!) and kayaking:)3 -

@wyhorzegal I have the same goal! I'm actually hoping to leave the 200's by the last day of school (June 14th!). I just headed to the gym and did treadmill on hill setting for 45 minutes as well as walking during work! We got this!!2

My goal is to stick with my program and to quit buying junk food thinking I can just have a little at a time. I'm a junkie who can't even have certain foods in the house. Why do I keep lying to myself? No more!!! Fruit, vegetables, lean meats, healthy fats, low fat desserts, with an occasional small treat that I have to go out to buy...that's my plan. I'm aiming for a 6-8 lb loss in June.2

have you tried the halo ice cream? I love some of the flavors!!!1
