This was a bad week, I've worked late every night. I hope this week will be a bit better and I'll be able to get to the gym a few times.
@WA_Teacher working different hours often messes up our entire schedule. We don't sleep as much or not well at least, we eat ate different times and it makes our food choices sometimes less than weight loss friendly. Have you ever tried the "simple habits " app? It's 5 minutes meditations on different topics to help refocus. Some meditations are free so you can try and see if it helps put you in a better mindset1 -

Just wanted to stop in and say hi! Love reading all the posts and getting caught up!:) looks several of us are getting close to 100’s!!!!!!!:) and congrats on first races! If your struggling hang in there!!
Camp is going great:) we have a great group of kids and everyone is having a great time;) my daughter had a horse wreck on Monday:( crushed her foot and we head to surgery on Thursday. Not in my plan at all! But we will get through it!;)

I took a hard look at my food diary and realized I have been eating crap these days even though the calories count is ok. Yesterday, I had an ice cream sundae for dinner. I think I need to grow up and start taking responsibility for making good choices, as I would say to my own kids. Just sayn'1

Having no couch for almost a month really makes me move more in the day! We tossed out our old couches when we put down new floors and ordered a new couch at the same time, but it was back ordered for a month. So we've been living couchless for 3 weeks now and I've been losing weight! Maybe I'm on to something!
