    @wyhorzegal I am so sorry to hear about your daughter. Hopefully her surgery went well.

    Been swamped here with 2/3 kids sick with hand foot mouth disease.

    6/07 189 lbs. AM did various 30 day challenges. No other workouts. Worked late and ate too many calories. Back on track tomorrow- no matter what the scale shows.

    6/08 189 lbs worked out in Park, did 30 day challenges. Back on track with calories.

    Hey everyone! Sorry been MIA. Went to my son’s college orientation, two day event.

    Only got one workout in this part week due to schedule. Making my grocery list for this coming week. I will do better this week!!

    Hi, I’m sorry I’ve been MIA too. I’ve been out of town for the past 3 weeks (minus ties-wed) and it shows. We are also in the process of moving, and my husband is finally joining me after doing long distance for almost a year, so I’m excited about that! However, it means my scale is currently in a box somewhere so I can’t weigh in today, I’m sorry. If I had to guess, I’m about 3 lbs up from my last weigh in :(. I’m looking forward to being home for the next 2 weeks and getting back on track.

    Keep it up everyone! You’re amazing!

    Another busy week but I did much better with my food. However, I was only able to work out 3 times this week. June 15th is our last day so there is a light at the end of the tunnel!

It's 5 minutes meditations on different topics to help refocus. Some meditations are free so you can try and see if it helps put you in a better mindset :)

    I am also a teacher! I work a year round calendar so our last day (for my track) is June 29!!! I then go back July 19!!
