    I was a bit shocked. I felt like I lost some weight but the scale says otherwise. Maybe I am retaining some fluid since I'm on my cycle. Hope to lose more in August.

    You are probably right, so don't despair!! You didn't gain, so that's a plus!! Focus on doing everything right, again, this week and the scales will reward you with a loss to start August!!

    Puppy and I went to Aloha in the Park today. Walked and walked and walked and then tried the hula class. Yes you can laugh. It is a lot harder than it looks and it looks hard. Then we tried the Tai Chi class and that is harder than it looks also.

    Hi there,

    Sorry I haven't been around for a few days. I have some friends over from France so been enjoying it.
    Which means I haven't been tracking my food or going to the gym.
    However, weigh in for July week 4 is 169.7 lbs (174.1 last week I think) . :)

    You should have friends over more often, if it results in a 4 pound loss!! Well done!!! Moderator Ashley had already closed out July, but I gave her your weight, so your starting weight for August will be correct.

    That sounds like a really great day!! I love that you took advantage of the opportunity to try the hula and the Tai Chi, especially when they are offered up in the park like this!! I tried Tai-Chi once at a resort hotel. It wasn't my thing, but I am glad I tried it!!
