    Even though I had a bachelor party DAY and NIGHT - no tracking, no worrying about my weight (yes I weighed myself and went up like 4 pounds) - not worried AT ALL. Oh, and just a little Non Scale Victory.

    Happy Monday Everyone!

    The challengers with the weigh ins scheduled for today are:

    @Djou11
    @daynajason
    @dheliason
    @shea2986
    @silke_luise

    Thank you everyone! Can't believe we are in week 3 already!

    This week, I have a request - let's all choose one team member to reach out to this week and see what struggles they might be having. See if you can offer any advice. Or, just send them a message letting them know that we have their digital back and that you are cheering them on. Whatever it is, let's just reach out to someone this week!!!!!

    Sleep is SO important. Gives our bodies a chance to rest and renew. Water is huge too - takes a lot to keep these machines of ours in tiptop shape - lots of gears and moving parts!

    Sorry for the gain :(. We live in NC and were without power all weekend, so all we had to eat was a ton of snacks and canned food. It was not good for my waistline. I promise I’ll get back on track today!
