@cpanus - That was a COLD wind this morning. I put pants on for the first time this season to commute home. It must have been even colder where you are.
Adding 15 miles for 22 out of 250.0 -
Sept. 5: Adding 8 miles of sweat today. It was a brutal day. Dropped Finn off for his ultra sound and went and put 2 hours in our Demo Garden. Ugh. Then squeeze some walk or sweat time in. Didn’t bother heading to the gym as that is where everyone has been heading in the heatwave. Hopefully the rest of the week will be better mile moving days.
TTD: 48 miles

I wish I wasn't so old I would go to Vet school then come work for you! But by the time I graduated I would be over 701 -

I needed this last night. I felt sooo tired at the Interclub Race that I wanted to stop 2.7 m in. A voice behind me pushed me onto the last lap thankfully. The last few days have been exhausting with my son having minor surgery under GA. At the same time having to support his estranged wife, at the same hospital, with his 3.75 yr old son with suspected Type 1 Diabetes (he’s being referred to a Paediatric Diabetic Consultant)
1st: 7.5 miles, 3.3 m running, 4.2 m purposeful walking - MTD 7.5
2nd: 6.5 miles - MTD 14.00
3rd: 4.5 miles - MTD 18.50
4th: 6.5 miles, 3.04 m running (run to clear my head), 3.46 m purposeful walking - MTD 25.00
5th: 10.75 miles, 4.4 m running (Interclub Race) 6.35 m purposeful walking with two bickering 3 year olds (3.5 + 3.75) could you hear my screams across the pond - MTD 35.75

By the time you graduated I’d be over 70 so we would match.

Love that @Dave. I find my brain is a bigger obstacle than my body with some things like running. I start telling myself to shut up.
Adding 1 mile. Ran around at work like a crazy person, but I don't log those.
