Thanks everyone for the well-wishes on my sabbatical. I plan to balance lots of rest & relaxation with getting things off of my to-do list that have been on there a while. However, my number one priority is making a concentrated effort to get in better shape and work out every day. I overdid it a little yesterday, but I'm still ready to hit the gym again today. The other thing I have planned is a scenic 5-day trip around Lake Michigan on motorcycle with my youngest son who is leaving for US Navy boot camp in about three weeks. Looking forward to spending some good one-on-one bonding time with him before he goes. He will grow up a lot in the next couple of months and I will miss him very dearly.

After being up 1.5lbs after my vacation, I was excited to weigh in today and have lost 7.6lbs this week! Keeping the heat on. Not sure what my exercise is going to be today, but just as soon as this soup settles, I'm on it!
