Last Week ... 191.0lbs
This week.... 190lbs. I just cannot believe it .I weighed and reweighed. This is the 1st time that I have ever lost weight after Thanksgiving. I am hoping to get out of the 90's by the end of the year.

Cal Under Exercise. This morning I went to the mall too early thinking that it had early opening hours ,so instead of sitting around and waiting for the stores to open I joined the mall-walking group and completed my 45 mins exercise for today.Talk about killing 2 birds with one stone.1 -

@RisingAboveIt I hope that your foot feels better but awesome job staying under because 1000 calories a day deficit is no joke hard! Same with @cdavisdeva you're still in a hard deficit for the week and tomorrow is a bright shiny new day.

@AB0215 You're welcome! I couldn't ask for a better team. This week is a little hard for me- work just swapped me to day shift for training for the next month or so, so I have to get use to day shift instead of night shift. I'm going to be a zombie for the next week until I acclimate....and then they will put me right back to night shift1

Goals/Day: I ran 5 miles and felt like I could run more, but I am not sure what I can and can't do yet with the plantar fasciitis in my right heel. I am itching to get back to distance running, but I am trying to be smart about this and let it heal up.2
