cdavisdeva wrote: »@cdavisdeva I've found that I'm an all or nothing type. If I have one bad thing, I have 10. Candy is no exception. Sugar is addictive and therefore the more you eat, the harder it is to not eat it! So, I gave it up completely. Haven't had a single piece of candy since June of 2017, now that is extreme I realize. I don't expect anyone to be that crazy! Just take it one day at a time, one meal at a time really, and tell yourself you don't need it and hang in there! It's a hard habit to break!
@AB0215 wow! Talk about amazing dedication, that is truly inspiring that you have given candy up for that long. You are correct, sugar is very addictive, and I am definitely realizing that more and more. Thank you for your input and all the work you put in for the biggest loser0 -
Daily Post (Monday)
Track: Yes
Calories: Under
Exercise: Yes (30 minutes of Just Dance 2019 w/ the kids and a 10 minute walk w/the dog)
Goals: No sugar, at least 96 ounces of water, at least 3 servings of veggies.
I almost met all of my goals, but I couldn’t resist the mini Snickers left over from Halloween. At least I only ate one. 🤨 It’s so hard for me to get back on track with cutting out the sugar. If I can make it a whole week without sugar, I usually start losing the cravings for it. Right now I’m having a hard time even going one day without it! This truly an addiction that I have to work hard to conquer. Tomorrow will be better.1 -

@Angief05 She was asking because your 1st weigh in is actually Sat Nov 10th, since the challenge officially kicked off on Nov 4th, so she wanted to know if you wanted to update your starting or just weigh in on your normally scheduled day. Personally, I'd leave it and just weigh in on your normal day which will be Sat Nov 10th for Week 1.
yes that is what I want. I am new to this and was unsure which week was the start. sorry for the confusion.1 -

It reminds me that whatever I want, it's up to me and that if I want to something to be different, I have to get up and make a start!2 -

I'm still hovering. I took a weekend break for my son's birthday and I'm having a hard time jumping back in. We have a football watch party Saturday so I'm having a hard time getting back into it until then.1
