Having a hard week, a student's father died this past weekend. The last few days have been extremely stressful. My students are doing well but I'm an emotional mess. Tomorrow, I will do my best not to attempt to eat my emotions.3 -

Track: Yes, but I had two meals out so I had to approximate everything. I do think I did a quite good job though.
Calories: 75kcal over but because of the "guessing" today I think that's ok
Exercise: walk with my parents dogs for half an hour. If shopping counts then I also exercised for two additional hours 0:-)2 -
