 Goal. Will not meet my water intake goal of 8glasses.
 Would it help if you added flavors to your water? My husband likes the squeeze flavors (I don't), but I do sometimes squeeze in fresh lemon, lime, or grapefruit to add flavor if I am getting bored of straight up water. I find that I drink a LOT more when there is something to taste.1

 I like to do flavored sparkling water (natural, no sweetener, no fruit juice added), gives me the illusion that I'm not drinking water, when I am.1

 I like ALL losses....not too picky as long as it is the right direction! Plus, half a pound at 148 isn't too shabby there!0

            @mram3582, thanks for your suggestion. I usually do not have a problem with my water intake but I woke up at 11am then went shopping all afternoon with my daughter. so it was difficult for me to be drinking too much and to find a bathroom in the mall where the line did not wrap around. Today ,however , I am back on point.Thanks!1

 I've never made the conscious decision to cut out breads, but I normally don't eat that much to begin with. However, I have noticed in the last week I have been eating a lot more bread because all I want is some hot sandwiches when the weather gets cold....namely hot turkey or grilled cheese I'm thinking that it is going to be a bad thing come Tues...especially since it adds so much sodium. We'll find out Tues if I need to take your cue. I'm thinking that it is going to be a bad thing come Tues...especially since it adds so much sodium. @mram3582 I love sandwiches, biscuits and all the breads! It's really hard to stay away from this time of the year. (Plus sandwiches are cheap and easy lol). I think cutting them out really helped my weight loss. I also have always had acne prone skin, even now in my 30's, and about a month or so after I cut it out, my face was so clear. I'm starting to have a breakouts again and I know that's why! Good luck to you for your weigh in Tuesday! Either way, you're doing awesome 1 1

            @JCoolaide great!
 @dheliason no worries. I think a lot of people are getting thrown off by all the weather changes right now. Since I have been tracking, I have noticed a difference in the way that I eat in the spring and fall versus the straight up hot/cold weather. Just keep at it and you will be back on track in no time!0

 Thanks lk2011. Honest, even though I exercised everyday last week, I just kicked it into high gear starting Friday. I've been doing Leslie Sansone's walking videos...aka low impact aerobics. Friday I started working out 2x a day and have been amazed at how much different and better I feel already. I have arthritis and being still actually hurts! So I'm definitely keeping my 2x a day going. 1-2 hours a day in total. Sunday is my rest day. However my bones hurt yesterday from the inactivity. So I did no more than 30 minutes. One day off knocks me off the wagon. So keeping my workouts short on Sundays helps.2
