Track: more or less (no scale...So mainly guessed)
Calories: a bit over, I think
Exercise: walk along the beach for almost 2 hours
Also I'll stop the daily posts for this week, I'm currently with my parents (until Sunday) so it's quite difficult to count the calories accurately. Back on Monday though!2 -

I've decided to lower my daily calorie budget from 2210 to 2000. Now that I'm tracking what I eat, I can see where I can make changes or healthier substitutes.4 -

@WA_Teacher I have those days, and when I get to a point like that, like when I've been burning the candle at both ends, which lately has happened more than I would like to admit, I start scheduling sleep and forcing myself to stay in bed until I fall asleep. Sometimes it works better than others. Another idea about getting to sleep: (This doesn't work for me) but I've got a friend who listens to a podcast when he's falling asleep called "Sleep With Me" basically this guy tells the most boring story ever and as he tells the story he slows and lowers his voice so the idea is that you drift off to sleep while he's telling this story...and it works for a lot of people, just not for me! The only thing that puts me to sleep like that is the news!
I have a very hard time with water intake, personally, I HATE drinking water, it's boring and just causes more trips to the bathroom, which I also don't love. But it's important so what I do is fill up 3 or 4 1 ltr bottles of water every morning and drink them throughout the day, and when all 4 are gone, I know I've met my goal.3 -

@12774 I guess technically I am, although it's really hard, since I have my own team too, but I really didn't want to leave you guys hanging.
I'm not really sure what's happening with him, it's been a while since he's responded to my messages. I hope he's doing ok.
I would definitely be open to anyone who'd want to step up and be the Team Captain. If anyone's willing, please let me know.
