And I don't have time right now to look through the old posts, so I think the Sunday weighers have already posted, but just in case, here's a reminder to @Dommylifts and @WishfulThinning18!

Hey folks, would anyone be interested in taking on the captain's hat from me for December?
I've been stalled in my weight loss for a few months, which honestly was not unexpected for me -- I knew the work and life challenges I would be facing in these months -- but I'm feeling like having someone fresh in this role could bring us some new vim and vigor to get us all kickstarted for the December holiday season. Plus, selfishly, I'd like a little break.
The duties are minimal: fill in the spreadsheet and post some reminders about weigh-ins, plus try to give some supportive commentary here and there.
Anyone interested? You can PM me or just respond here if you're open to it!

Totally off diet this weekend. Stress eating. Youngest kid really sticking it to me and really has me discusted. Totally lost all motivation just like that. Hoping today is the start of getting back on track before I do too much damage. To all of you younger people who doesn't have kids yet, keep it that way and thank me later3

Sorry for the late weigh in! I know it's a gain... but I'm so so happy it wasn't much more! I had a bad week... Sunday was a cheerleading competition with a bunch of 4 year olds... And then of course thanksgiving! I'll take this minimal gain over what i thought would be 5 lb gain at least! Thank god for lots of water flushing out the bloat. I feel like November I've been so wishy washy with my way of eating. I haven't really done anything impressive this month as far as weight loss and commitment. December I work both Christmas eve and Christmas day so I will manage to get out of dinners those nights which means I have no reason to derail for the rest of the year. Here's to 100% in the December challenge.3 -

November Week 4 Weigh-In
Previous: 161.2

Well...headed in the right direction. But I really want to eat better. Lately I've been swinging between kid in a candy shop and green-smoothie-drinking health enthusiast. Too extreme. I really want to cut back on sugar.
Now for some motivating numbers--while I gained a few pounds since recovering from mono and since I've started lifting, I've lost 1.5 inches off my underbust area (yay for bras getting even more comfortable!), 1 inch off my waist, and remained steady in my hips (I'm actually trying to build a lot of muscle in my glutes/thighs so I'm pleased with this).
People say you can't really "target" areas to work on but I've never seen my bra band area drop so fast. Pretty sure it's the fact that I'm working my upper body out for the first time ever really.
Not sure if anyone else is worried about loose skin, but I really was. Mostly mine isn't noticeable (I was originally at 221, had been that weight roughly for years, was 25 when I started losing, am down to 160ish).
It's not bad so far. Mostly unnoticeable. If I bend over and look at my stomach I can see some. Or bend my knees a certain way to look at my inner thighs. Standing in underwear--not really an issue. I kind of hate how my stomach fat feels "loose"--the loose skin, although not particularly visible, makes my stomach fat feel more jiggly and not at all firm. Last time I was at 160 my stomach was far more firm even though I'm way more toned now. Anyway, it's a lot of detail, but I thought I'd share if anyone is earlier in their journey and worried. It's really not that bad. Well worth the weight loss, and at this point, I'm not remotely tempted to consider surgery for the skin. My stretch marks are far more noticeable than my loose skin and I honestly don't worry about them.
I do wonder what'll happen as my body fat gets lower...the skin might be more noticeable. Not gonna let that stop me though!6 -
Yesterday was better eating wise. Not much exercise as I had to do some running around. Looking to make 2 in a row solid days of eating. I'm up from last weigh in so I need these next few days to be on point to at least get back to last week's weigh in.4

Second day of qualifying at Nationals. 42nd of 54. Elated with that position.
This is the video of my last qualifying run that got me into 42nd from the live stream of the event. I am ArchmageAU (in the bottom right).
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NcJHPKZk_fM&t=36390
(My camera and goggles are 16:9 (widescreen) which is why my video looks a little squished compared to the others who mostly have 4:3 (standard). When viewed in my goggles it appears normal).
Only the top 32 race for top spot, but I still get to fly tomorrow in second chance race. Second chance races are a sudden death elimination race series to allow non-top-32 pilots to fly on last day with the chance of winning some prises. Must win heat to advance to final.

Second place in second chance finals.
Had one drone damaged in a mid-air collision in the first heat, but was before first corner, so race restart. Fortunately had a second drone I could swap to immediately. Won my heat as all other crashed out. Flew safe once I knew I was the only one left in my heat.
Flew well in final and very happy with second place finish. Won a timing system that will help with practicing and getting faster. Actually second place was a better prise than first, so doubly happy.
Really late flight home (11:30pm Perth time = 2:30am Melbourne time).

Only sleep was on 3 hour plane flight. Landed in Melbourne at 6:00am and then drove home.
Recovery day today. Need it as sleep deprived and exhausted.
Flying interstate tomorrow for work.
Luggage handling error at Perth end meant that my checked bag came in on a later flight. Need toiletries for travel tomorrow, so bag should be delivered by airline tonight, but due to another operational error was not. Will have to get things from bag tomorrow morning before flying out and airline will store cast till I return Friday.
Happy to be home, if only for one day. Nice to walk in the forest again.

Got toiletries from bag at airport. Had to shortcut sleep (again) to get to airport early to be able to get what I needed before flying out. Not happy with airline. All in all it's a "first world" problem and an inconvenience. Many have much worse to cope with.
Managed to get a walk in round dinner time.
Will sleep well tonight.5 -

Weigh in day: Saturday
Previous Week's weight: 167.3
Todays Weight: 170
I have had a rough month with a heart issue scare (all turned out fine), as well as IV treatment for Lyme disease. I have been a bit MIA but posting when possible! I do not see me listed for December and now I am wondering if I was even on the right team thread this month. Please advise!
I feel a thousand times better and am committed to a better month. I need to journal every calorie and touch base here every single day or I just seem to fall off course! I am also having a terrible time keeping hunger down (medication related maybe?). Anyone have any suggestions?
Todays Goal: 8 glasses of water (none down, need to work on that now)
Journal every calorie: BF done!
