I'm still on track with loosing 1lb a week. For me portion control and Logging what foods I eat is key to me loosing weight. I exercise 4 days a week, doing mostly cardio. Soon I will add weight training. Once I get back down to a better weight, I want to start back swimming again.

Posting from the road. Long road trip, kids are a little nutty, and we've got 2 hours to go. I've been eating my hard boiled eggs for breakfast, chicken breast and veggies at road stops, and hopefully I get to my destination without a road gain. Fingers crossed!

We made it to our destination. Hoped for one night on the road, but a delayed start on Day 1 meant two days, with only 4 hours to go the last morning. That particularly 4 hours lasted for about 7 hours, because of lunch, bathroom breaks that should have happened at lunch but didn't, and high volume traffic plus some accidents. The good spirits that got us through the first few days had started to wane a bit, but at last, we reached our warm destination, got out, and all was well. This morning we went to the grocery store to buy healthy food, took the boys to the pool for them to have a very chilly swim, had lunch, and now I'm looking into what my exercise will be.
BTW, I weighed myself this morning, and was successful in not having a road gain! Now to just maintain a loss until my Monday weigh-in!
Vacation goals:- Finish my work. Yes, there's some late-arriving stuff that is now looming over my head, which stinks, but at least I'm working on it in a better location.
- Get regular sleep. I.Am.Tired.
- Track, exercise, stay under calories.
