So that’s 5lbs for the month. I had a moment of frustration when I realized that, but that would still be 60lbs for the year if I keep this pace. It’s frustrating to have so much to lose, but I didn’t get here in a month (or a year) so I need to patient.

Well, with the exception of the weekend of my birthday, I am going to indulge a bit and then no more for a few months. Going to keep it at maintenance level that weekend and then back on track.4 -

Exercise: Nothing official. I did a lot of shopping today, including stocking up on supplies at Costco. I ended up buying a new tv for the den (where I ride the exercise bike). Setting up the tv took longer than expected and by then I talked myself out of exercising. I WILL get back to it tomorrow.1 -
