    So that’s 5lbs for the month. I had a moment of frustration when I realized that, but that would still be 60lbs for the year if I keep this pace. It’s frustrating to have so much to lose, but I didn’t get here in a month (or a year) so I need to patient.

    No one to blame but myself and my lack of control this week.
    But that stops now. No more excuses.
    Well, with the exception of the weekend of my birthday, I am going to indulge a bit and then no more for a few months. Going to keep it at maintenance level that weekend and then back on track.

    Exercise: Nothing official. I did a lot of shopping today, including stocking up on supplies at Costco. I ended up buying a new tv for the den (where I ride the exercise bike). Setting up the tv took longer than expected and by then I talked myself out of exercising. I WILL get back to it tomorrow.
