    @AnnofB and @zichab, in that Way Back Machine video the walker that you were wondering if she is Linda. I am not really sure if she is. However, that said, she does have a familiar look to her, but I'm definitely not certain enough to call it.

    January ended strong! Y'all did really awesome for our first month of this year!! I finally read all the posts from back before I last posted before I went out of town to help my Daughter in Law with their baby, who of course is my precious granddaughter <3:happy:. My DIL is doing so much better and is getting some great medical care for her back. I certainly got in a lot of extra different kinds of movement in than I am used to at this present stage in my life.

    Now that I'm done posting my January's workouts earlier today on the previous page, I'm going over to February now. I need to read through all the pages and catch up on everything, as well as post my workouts for February. See you there.....
