Hi everyone, wow lots of miles on here. I started the first of January with the challenge, got sick and missed about 5 days , but I have still managed to get in 25.3 miles so far this month,plus some bike riding.
So back on track and did the 3 miracle mile walk today!3 -
Jan 19: 5 Boosted Miles
Jan 20: 4 Mile walk
Jan 21: 3 Miles Slim & Sleek
87 out of 100 miles
I haven't mentioned it, but I've been doing strength training consistently 4-5 times a week, too. It feels good to be able to keep that going now.4 -

1/19 burned 1,354 calories doing 270 minutes of cardio exercises, including "Cleaning, light, moderate effort" Will definitely feel it tonight and tomorrow. This is cleaning and putting my Mbdrm back together after remodel and cleaning guest bdrm
