I’m about to do my weigh in a day early.... I have not tracked properly this last week and I’m afraid it is going to show.
I had a long convo with @boehle last night about recommitting. I’m about to go on a weekend get away, but starting MONDAY I vow to track better and plan better.
Screw the motivation - now it is time for DISCIPLINE!!!!!5 -

Good Morning
I hit the gym this morning. 18 min Arc and 30 Min Circuit Training.
I feel so much better when I go before work. I feel accomplished because once I am home, I do not want to go back out.
I could totally use a nap though but I am going to push through and not try to nap today.
It is so cold here. One thing said the real feel could get down to -10 tonight. I don't like those kinda temps2 -
I managed to log breakfast today at least. We shall see how the rest of the day goes. I was a bit off the rails last night with tortilla chips. I started eating the tortilla chips and couldn't stop. I don't know if I needed the salt or not, but I am not happy with myself about it.

I'm about to go to a friend's house. Lots of temptations, a takeaway and booze. Going to be a tough one, but can't hide away in my house forever.4

1st: done: ran for 1.5 and walked the rest

4th done: chances are I will be working out since although I did walk yesterday, i took it as a regular routine rest day...i can't see myself not walking regardless.
5th done: 1.5 run, rest walking
6th done: 1.5 run and walked the rest
7th done

9th done 1.5 run walked the rest

12th I was just under. 😥😥

I TOOK JULIE'S ( @BOEHLE) IDEA FOR HER AND BECKY'S (@Beka3695) MARATHON TRAINING AND TURNED IT INTO MY 2 BIRTHDAY PRESENT'S TO ME THE FIRST ONE IS CELEBRATE ME AND MY ACTUAL BIRTH AND THE SECOND ONE IS TO CELEBRATE SHADOW X-117 AND OUR LIVES TOGETHER AS PARTNERS. MY GOAL IS TO COMPLETE THIS IN A COMBAT WALK RUN WALK FOR 6 WEEKS AND THEN A COMBAT WALK SWIM WALK AT THE POOL AT LA FITNESS FOR THE 7 WEEKS. Got new scale -- I checked and weight was 157.8 on old one - so they are close. Only thing is this new scale measures body fat... Which honestly was a little depressing!!!
I put all my exercise classes in the calendar this week. Let's do this! 💪
