AFTERNOON ALL
HERE IS WHAT I CAN YOU ALL RIGHT NOW. I AM HAVING ISSUES WITH MY ILEOSTOMY. I AM NOT GOING INTO DETAILS AS IT WILL GROSS YOU OUT. I AM DUE TO SEE THE DOC ON MONDAY. I FEAR IT'S A BACTERIAL INFECTION WHICH I MAYBE HOSPITALIZED FOR. THESE TYPES OF INFECTIONS FOR A OSTOMATE ARE DEADLY SERIOUS AS IN MY CASE I HAVE A COMPROMISED IMMUNE SYSTEM TO FIGHT THE INFECTION.
SO HERE IS THE BOTTOM LINE AS IT STANDS AS OF RIGHT NOW. I HAVE A LOW GRADE FEVER..... TURN AROUND IS 2 TO 4 HOURS (NOT GOOD) NUTRITION WISE IT ALMOST NO EXISTENT I CAN'T KEEP ANYTHING IN ME. WATER GOES IN AND COMES RIGHT BACK OUT SO DE-HYDRATION IS A POSSIBILITY.
I WILL KEEP YOU ALL IN THE LOOP AS I AFTER I SEE THE DOC'S ON MONDAY.

Greg, I’m so sorry to hear about your ordeal. Do you have a backup plan to go to the hospital if things get worse before Monday? Please take care of yourself. I hope you are on the mend quickly and feeling like yourself again.0

I do @megnolia82 I will go to the urgent care in town if need be. Marcie is home with me so she can drive me if needed...let's hope not3 -

I still need to work on my plan of action to kick my butt into a better shape. Had big plans of tracking this weekend - then had chips on Friday and wine on Saturday - my self control isn't very good! Let's hope Monday is a better day!1 -

I don't think 6 ounces due to hormones is two steps back. Don't be so hard on yourself.2 -

Nothing is satisfying my shark week cravings.
I REALLY want chocolate but I said no chocolate/sweets/beer this month and I am not caving this close to the end of the month.4 -

Yeah I know I shouldn't be but seriously last week was a hormone rollercoaster that got me so frustrated. Was at 161 ish by Wednesday so was hoping I would be at 160 or below by Sunday. Then hormones shot me up 3.5 pounds on Thursday so the rest of the week was me trying desperately not to end up with a gain despite eating well the whole week.2 -
