    I am feeling like I am getting a cold. Why is it when most people get sick, they have no appetite but I am over here wanting to eat everything in sight?

    I feel your pain, i have been burning over 1000 calories at least 5 days a week for the past two weeks and am only gaining or staying the same. The struggle is real....but the silver lining is, measurements. Take them!! I don't know how many times it has saved my sanity. It really shows you that your body is still moving and shaping, regardless of the stubborn scale.

    31st : done (that was easy 😛😛 lol)
    1st: done: ran for 1.5 and walked the rest
    2nd done: ran 3 walked the rest
    3rd done: all walking
    4th done: chances are I will be working out since although I did walk yesterday, i took it as a regular routine rest day...i can't see myself not walking regardless.
    5th done: 1.5 run, rest walking
    6th done: 1.5 run and walked the rest
    7th done
    8th done. 1.5 run and walked the rest
    9th done 1.5 run walked the rest
    10th done 1.5 run, walked the rest
    11th done
    12th I was just under. 😥😥
    13th just under again! 😧😧 no more bad weekends!
    14th done, although I will be stepping regardless
    15th didn't get it done. Haven't been feeling well
    16: done 1.5 run and rest walking

    Couldn't tell you, because I am like you. I am pretty much eating at maintenance this week because I just want to get over this 8 weeks of bronchitis.

    calories:1340/1500
    exercise yes pt and treadmill warm up
    water 64 oz down the ol gullet 64 more to go
    steps 20320 so far

    did a little more prepping of lunches for the rest of the week and into the weekend
    have a great afternoon

    I'm in the opposite camp where I have no appetite. Usually I'm ravenous.
