57 minutes on the Gazelle, yoga and hand weights.3

10 minutes of Just Dance to wake up. Then 1 hour of raking and cleaning up flower beds this afternoon.2

Missed my regular Monday workout since I’m on the road, but I got in a 20 minute walk before dinner and then did my yoga tonight.3

Didn't get my activity in yesterday, but tonight I went for a nice walk outside with my dog. I can't seem to get a mile done in less than 20 minutes yet, so that's frustrating me. But then I decided I should be kind to myself and remember that my hip was bad for 8 years and I have to be patient--it'll come. That's what I would tell anyone else, so why is it so hard to tell myself that?3

@PackerFanInGB, I'm not so sure why we (meaning many of us, as a whole, from my experiences and what I see), are harder on ourselves than others. For me compassion and understanding come much more easily for others than for myself, even if the situations were equal. I'm not sure why, either.
A mile with a dog in under 20 minutes (from my past experiences) would be an achievement for sure, for you and your dog ! I don't think my dog understood my wanting to go faster as compared to her wanting to explore every blade of grass or smell.
I'm glad that your hip is doing good now!
yay @PinkyPan1, @nebslp, @77tes, and @PackerFanInGB, for all the awesome Moving on Monday .
April 1st: 30 minutes outside walking, 2 hours yard/ garden (still working on the back fence flower garden )

I’m about to head out for my Monday workout with my sister. I saw this last week and thought it fit with our Move it Monday challenge. 6 Boss Rules to Keep Exercise a Priority . Basically, her first rule for making exercise a priority is Never miss a Monday.

@77tes, thanks for sharing the link
April 8: 2 Leslie miles: Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan, blue mile x 2, 1 Walk Blaster and 15 minutes outside walking. Plus additional cleaning with the decluttering.

20 minute walk, moderate speed and 25 minutes of serious raking!3

Monday was a bust for me. I was so excited to get home and take my dog for a walk. It was 69 degrees all day! I left work and got home just in time for it to begin storming. Sad dog, sad me. As if that wasn't bad enough, I proceeded to make bad choices the rest of the evening. So disappointed in myself.
Today will be Take it back, Tuesday! for me. I will take a walk during lunch today. I will eat mindfully today. No poor-me excuses.2 -

Great attitude! "Give up" is not in our vocabulary, right?

Awh! Thanks, but I’m the one that is blessed to have a faithful workout buddy. (I’m a bit worried because her husband is thinking about retiring out of state ).
We went for a walk together today, but our workout times conflicted, so I walked at the end of my workout and she at the beginning of hers.1 -

Monday, 5/13, was spent lying down with pretty much no activity. Tuesday was spent in meeting after meeting, so not much activity yesterday either. So today I decided my goal was to get my *kitten* outside for a minimum of 15 minutes walking over my lunch break. I did get out there and walked 22 minutes (used Map My Walk). It was a beautiful day and really helped my attitude this afternoon because I got away from this darn desk!
So, it wasn't Move It Monday....but it WAS Work-in-a-Walk Wednesday!3 -
@PackerFanInGB , I like that - "Work-in-a-Walk Wednesday!"1
