My daughter got a mini-trampoline this weekend. I didn't know anything about it until the box arrived. I am pretty happy :) about it. Since I knew today would be a hot one and that it I'll have a hard time getting much walking in, I did a short rebounding HIIT workout this morning before work. I'll do yoga after work this evening.

Typical Monday for me ... lesson with Annie then rode a second horse. Since it was hot again today, the hour in the pool before dinner was very refreshing.

Normal morning ride and then spent 3 hours this afternoon painting one side of the backyard shed (which is starting to seem much more like a small house.) This evening grocery shopping and off to Lowe's for a new ladder. The one I have is good enough for front and back, but not for the side walls. Tired ... going to bed early!

15 minutes of rebounding this morning plus another 20 minutes walking around campus, but I think that will be all the outdoors exercise for the day because it is getting very hot! Yoga tonight in front of the AC!

I didn’t do any regular exercise on Monday, but I took a tour with Costume College to the Fabric District here in LA. It was great and involved A LOT of walking once we got off the bus. I’ve been there before, but our tour guides were not only expert seamstresses, but also sauvy fabric shoppers who know the area well.

Oh I did do some yoga in the evening.

Hey, it seems I missed last Monday, but I did do lots of exercise, including running on the rebounder, doing a Darebee workout and lots of walking. I actually got 86 active minutes and did 20 minutes of yoga.

Today was not nearly as active as last Monday, but I did run on the rebounder and managed 69 active minutes and will do yoga later this evening.

My semester will begin next Monday, so a new and different challenge awaits, but I've already starting planning how I'll get my exercise in.

Today starts a new semester, and I was able to meet my sister at Curves after my class this morning. 👌 It was a good start to the week and the school year.

Today I cleaned the house and barely sat down all day. I had the day off and just needed to keep busy so that's what I did. I am not sure if that counts, but it should since my legs hurt! ;)

Curves was closed for Labor Day, so I took a slow walk with my husband and puppies. The heat is on, so I must push myself to get going first thing in the morning.

Accomplished two things at once last night. I turned on an hour long podcast and walked until it was over on the gravel road and down and back up the big hill (7 floors according to Fitbit). Time went fast and I was motivated to keep going.

Good work @77tes taking a slow walk with your husband and the puppies, even in the heat!

@nebslp, exercise and walks always go easier with podcasts! That was an awesome walk! You are blessed to have hills available to walk on!

Monday, September 2: I decided it was going to be a much needed planned easier day. I counted 60 minutes between grocery shopping and some working with the garden.
So today, Tuesday, I did my usual cardio exercise to make sure the week went in the right direction: 3 miles Slim & Sleek 'Pilates Inspired Walk'. 15 minutes yard/ garden this morning.

We are Keeping the Moving on Monday Momentum going 🏃‍♀️😎

I got my meet-up with my sister done on Monday - it is always a great way to start the week. I'm so glad I've figured out how to fit it into this semester's schedule.

@77tes I like the way you talk about fitting exercise into your schedule. Sometimes we think we don't have time for something, but if it's important to us, we just have to figure out how to fit it in

I started my morning with a 10 minute backyard walk. It was a beautiful morning. I got in a bit of a campus walk. Then I met my sister at Curves for our usual Monday workout, but today we pushed extra hard. One more walk this afternoon, and I’ll do my yoga tonight.

I got in my Monday meet up workout with my sister. I woke up with a headache, but the exercise seemed to help. I must admit I didn’t work very hard, just took it easy.

Gardened in my weed patch🙄, then walked down the lane and back. It’s about 1/8 mile one way. Got a late start so it was almost dark when I got back.
