    Weigh-in day: Tuesday
    February start weight: 235.5

    February Progress:
    W1: 231.3 (-4.2)
    W2: 229.3 (-2)
    W3: 226.9(-2.4)
    W4: 224.2 (-2.7) current week weigh-in

    Loss for February: 11.3 pounds

@cmhubbard92, well, when you put it that way!! Isn't it great to see the February progression each week, culminating with another fantastic loss and an impressive total for the month?! Very well done...you should be very proud of all your hard work!!

Thank you very much! I wasn't expecting that much to come out of this month and surprised myself! Now to put extra focus on next month, as I have a trip planned for Arizona (and hiking a portion of the Grand Canyon) on the second week of April!

    Exercise: 45 minutes elliptical

I have no motivation tonight to do my yoga or any strength. My feet are causing me misery! Doesnt hurt when I was on the elliptical this morning, but the rest of the day has been pretty constant. I soaked my feet for about 20 minutes, tried rubbing them to help with the pain, and am in bed early. My focus for the next three days will be light elliptical as that Is the only thing not causing me pain right now. My steps will suffer this week, but I just want my feet to feel better!

I did buy copper fit insoles, so hopefully that will help a bit!

@HASWLRS I am surprised that the elliptical isn't bothering me, but the looser laces did nothing for me today 😢 I would try walking outside like you mentioned, but with the wind today and more snow tomorrow, I am looking forward to spring!

It’s amazing what happens when you change your goals from 2 pounds to 1 pound loss per week. You get to EAT MORE! :). Feels like I’ve just received a wonderful little present.

Hi HASWLRS - it's 156.6 - thanks for picking up on the error. I have amended it on this post - too late for my original.

Feeling much better tonight. My feet still hurt but nowhere near as bad! I switched my shoes after the gym, and my feet appreciated my new balance sneakers a lot more than my nikes! I have a bad habit of wearing the same shoes that I work out 8n to work after, and the lack of support in my trainers could be what has been bothering me so much(I couldn't even try the insoles, they didn't fit in my shoe properly)

@cmhubbard92, I feet used to hurt all the time before I switched to Skechers.

I never really had a big problem with shoes, but I noticed that my nikes have very thin soles. And I work in retail, so I'm always moving, thin soles aren't helping... I will have to look into some sketchers... My boyfriend can only wear sketchers as he gets really bad knee pain from other shoes.

282.4 I gained. I blame this due to doing keto and not being happy with the strict limits. I couldn't have a normal BMI until yesterday. Back to eating balanced and down 5 lbs from where I was last Friday. So a gain, but also a loss. Here's to the 70s next week!!

@khadl07, it's good to experiment once in a while....we can get complacent and bored otherwise, or just plain stuck! I have never done keto, so I don't know if your early findings are typical or not, but it does sound reasonable, as with any extreme change in one's diet. Your are only up a net pound, so that is easily remedied with a return to what you know works for you!

@Nicoletime4me, definitely don't give up!! You are basically in maintenance mode, so you know how to maintain. Ramp up your exercise and/or consume fewer calories and you will switch from maintenance mode to losing mode!!! You got this!!
