I wasn't on here much yesterday as I was home with my husband all day, doing chores and taking care of him as he put his back out...again...and I come on this morning to find sixteen new messages!! This team is incredible at supporting one another, and at just being accountable by posting the daily highs and lows of our own personal journeys!

I’m lost. I worked out everyday this week. I tracked came in under calories every day but Sunday. I’ve increased fruits and vegetables in place of other snacks. I’ve been on top of water in-take.
It’s clear I need to completely overhaul my wellness plan (diet and excercise) cause what worked to help me lose thirty pounds last year hasn’t been working for the last 5 months.
And quite frankly with an all-inclusive vacation coming in two weeks I am not going to completely change my routine now just to throw it off right away. If ya’ll would prefer I leave the group cause I am holding everyone back I will do so, just let me know.
All that said, i’m still not gonna give up. Off to the gym to start my day

I second this! I know that my weight will be up this week or next, just because of my monthly. Some things you can prevent, but others you just have to keep pushing. If you're doing everything you need to, the results will be there... It just may take some time! You can do this @cossmoss151 -

Today is my rest day, I feel like I really pushed hard all week, and I needed it! Just doing my yoga before bed, before the routine starts all over again.
I did pick up some new stuff for my lunches, so that there will be a little more variety through the week (cheese blocks, cliff bar, more yogurts, strawberries, spinach, etc).
This week I am aiming for more steps than last week, and hopefully beating my personal best day on Fitbit 😊2 -

Looks pretty normal to me. The scale doesn't show your fat loss. It could be water. Keep counting calories, weighing out your food...
Just keep in mind that it's normal for your weight to fluctuate. You're not a disaster.0 -
