Goals/Day/Comments: I did terrible this weekend, and slow to get back on track today. Was also sick today, so I worked from home, with easy kitchen access. 😩
@Wildmage69 I only work from home and my office is less than 10 feet from the kitchen, so that was something I struggled with for a while, but it's easier now, and I make frequent trips to the kitchen, I just get water out of the fridge.....sort of like a Jedi mind trick lol, I did get something, it was just calorie free.0 -

Exercise: Yes ( 20 minutes walking, 20 minutes of aerobic low impact)
Goal: 30 wall push ups, 20 squats using grab bar, 20 leg lifts each side using grab bar. Before going to bed.
It was a little struggle today, I was tempted more than once to go into the kitchen to over eat. But, I was able to stay under my calories by significant amount. When I get sad or feeling low! I'm tempted to pacify myself with food (emotional eater). I'm just glad that I don't keep junk food in my apartment. 😁2 -

Comments: I feel better when I fast. My mind is clearer, I have more energy and my mood is high. Especially noticeable coming off of a weekend of indulging in too much sushi and cake--- parties. Going to try to continue for a few days since it is a fasting Holy Week for my Easter anyway.

So I did much better than yesterday I add saw raw veggies as a snack and for my afternoon snacks motts 50 calorie no sugar added applesauce so brought my calories up to 855calories today so I hit the mark still not up to MFP standards but it's what this new plan consists of to meet my Nutritionist needs and with all the water and herbal tea with honey and lemon for when craving sweet I'm full and yes I've already had my last meal at 5pm. Just drinking liquids the rest of the evening. Also had 7 hrs of sleep and got another paper done. Below are my meals

I ate so bad today. I am not hungry at all and when I do decide to eat I eat junk. This is so frustrating.
I've been there myself we just need to continue to trek on making healthy choices even if we choose to eat otherwise still continue to make healthy choices and that one day you will choose that healthy choice instead of otherwise. I'm speaking from experience and it wil come one day and when it does REJOICE1 -
