Awesome, healthy day Beth. I love teriyaki anything (I'm making teriyaki chicken wings for family this Saturday night).
Tonight, I made haddock baked with a teaspoon of Stonewall Kitchen Sriracha aoli on top and steamed brussel sprouts.

Ate good today, got my Omega 3s, had fish, chia , veggies - had waaaaaaay too much coffee though. Was at a party tonight for work- didn’t eat or drink anything.l, there was vino everywhere, but I’m on alcohol break lately..Going home to hydrate...and sleep - early morning tomorrow.

Spent most of my day in bed was in so much pain. That's why I hate having multiple appointments on one day. Anyway I made the best of it sorry I was online yesterday but I just was up to anything but getting through the day. After talking to my Aide though I may try taking the Gabapentin again to see if it helps any sometimes I take something so long it no longer works but we'll see. I told my Aide to help me to get up and do exercise on the days I do not have appointments even if I am in pain, get me out the bed at least for 5 to 10 minutes. She said in return that I have influenced her to change her diet and if I will continue, of course I said I would.
It's a nice feeling when you're incapable that you're still able to help someone else in some way. Made me feel good yesterday.6 -

Calories: not sure. I logged and was over by 50 calories, but we had italian wedding soup. And that is usually with cheese, but I didn't add any. So maybe I wasn't really over?
Exercise: stairs at work and my 100 squats
Water: about 120 oz
I felt like I over ate at dinner, but I am not sure if I went over in calories. It was chicken broth, with carrots, onions, kale, and small meatballs. No cheese on mine, and I know that adds up fast. We had biscuits, too, and those are my downfall. I had 3!! They were delicious though. Totally worth it. Haha So I will take my 50 cals over, whether its true or not, and just try and do better. Maybe only 2 biscuits next time....2 -

Shared breakfast with my hubby this morning; one egg, one piece of toast and 2 oz of smoked salmon with a Tbsp of whipped cream cheese ---it was sooo yummy:
275 calories, 21g carbs, 12g, fat, 24g protein, 1g fiber & 2g sugar
PS: Those are twins (both eggs!! )2 -

@SLIMn2016 I was wondering how you managed to get 2 yolks into the circle so perfectly lol. That's nuts that they were both twins!! I don't think I have ever seen one. Looking at that I thought I'd miss the bread, but in reality, I don't.1 -
@AB0215 it's nuts--- so far the whole dozen of jumbo white eggs have been twins---they are supposedly from an organic farm🤔.... IDK though---it's freak'n me out--- 😳🤣😂--->Hormones???0

Can I complain? Cause I need to vent. My body is betraying me! I haven’t eaten less than 300 calories under my total allowable calories all week. Not a single cheat. I haven’t properly gone to the bathroom in 2 weeks. I think I’m holding every ounce of water I drink. I’m bloated and uncomfortable. I haven’t actually felt hungry all week. I’m taking probiotics, stool softeners and trying to get more fiber. Drinking as much water as I’ve been all along, one thing I could increase.
Sorry guys, I’m not grasping for pity I’m just super frustrated. But if you have relatable stories and/or solutions I’d love to hear them!! Maybe I’ll go walk on the treadmill see if that helps. End rant.

@batgirl140 Maybe look at what you're eating, something might not be agreeing with you, or it may also be time to get a medical opinion on what is happening...
Also, hubby had the bathroom issue once and the thing that helped him get going again was Miralax...he may have described that moment when it worked as "magical" and took a picture...so....that might be TMI lol.0 -

@CourtneyLomonaco While you are still heading in the right direction, might be time to make some drastic system shocking change...try something completely new? It's super frustrating but eventually your body catches up with you and gets used to what you're doing to it to get it to lose the weight and it says no more so you have to change it up...calories, exercise etc. Try something new! You CAN do this!!0 -
@batgirl140 I’ve never tried it, but if you read the reviews on Haribo sugar free gummy bears on Amazon, they might help you out, 😂 I hope you can find some relief soon!1
