First week almost done!! One day at a time. Been challenging the last two days had business dinners and only had sparkling water for a drink. Late nights with my little one not settling down at night the sleep department did not do so good, but still managed to make the 05:00AM boxing class.

The “keep it positive” thought is ive started up heavy lifting after a month break so I probably have some inflammation weight going on and I’ll have a whoosh next week. What I’m really feeling is discouraged. I’ve logged accurately at a 750 calorie+ deficit and exercised every day this week. Really wasnt expecting a gain.
Nothing for it but to continue on plan. So it’s off to the gym for early morning elliptical and leg day. Hopefully next week the scale will show what I feel is my true progress.

Finally back out of the 250’s, and I hope I never see it again! I am extra happy because I thought I was gonna have a gain after a really unhealthy weekend. I guess this intermittent fasting is legit

So proud of everyone posting some losses this week. Every little bit helps toward getting to be a healthier version of ourselves. For those that had slight gains at least there is understanding of what caused it and confidence to keep going and positive thoughts that next week will give the results they really want.
