Last week was a terrible week for tracking and staying under. There was a birthday lunch for a family member and cake was involved. We also went to a family BBQ over the weekend. I did exercise everyday except Thursday. So, I am happy to have not gained any weight.
@brandi_84, you did enough exercise to mitigate any gains, so you should be happy with that!! Hopefully there are no more family celebrations this week so you can get back to the task of losing weight!!3 -

Exercise: Yes 80 minute boxing and functional training class. Was another killer of a class and starting to really hate burpees and squats but afterwards you cant beat the feeling of achievement.

Thank you Lisa! I am very happy that I bumped into the teens this month! It was a mini goal for me, to make it somewhere in the 210s in April. Hoping to break into onederland around June!3 -

No more family celebrations until the start of next month's challenge. So I have no excuses. I'm looking forward to what I can do this month.
Also, with the weather warming up I'll have yard work and swimming to add to my workouts.
