    Back from vaction now. I missed last week's weigh in and my house scale says I'm now even heavier :,(. I'm going to try to stay positive.

    You go this!! Since you're just back from vacation your body is probably holding water weight from extra sodium in restaurant food as well as just body fluctuation from the flight. Drink lots of water and weigh in again next week, I bet you will drop!!

    @porkchopsandapple Welcome to Onederland!!! It also doesn't matter if it is mostly water weight...you have to lose that too! :)
    @TooMuchChocolate88 Drink up! It is probably not all real!
    @sjuleesia Woot! That is the way to start the month!
    @WA_Teacher Enjoy your break!
    @LMK20019 Very nice day all around...including a very nice weigh in!

    Weekly weigh-in

    Today (April 1) : 67.3kg (148.37 lb)
    Starting weight : 67.3kg (148.37 lb)

    Actually I was expecting an increase, since I ate almost 1000 calories over on Saturday, so I'm okay with this. Just hope I get back to losing again soon!

    Uh, oh. Got on the scale this a.m. for my weigh-in day, to a blank screen. I'm disappointed because I think that I lost at least 1 lb and maybe 2. @mram3582 - I think I'd like to change my weigh-in day to Friday also. Okay?

    Can anyone recommend a dependable scale that is reasonably priced? I don't need anything fancy - just accurate!

    Previous: 149.2

    A little heartbreaking for me.

    @Starshine15 I use an Etekcity digital scale, it's cheap $19.99 and I've had it for 2 years now with no trouble. It has a backlit display which is great in the morning when I don't turn the lights on before weighing in. I bought it on Amazon. Not sure if I'm allowed to post links, but here's the link to the scale I use: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00F3J9G1W/ref=oh_aui_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

    @Starshine15 I forgot to mention that my only gripe is that the scale only goes by 1/5 of lbs, .2, .4, .6 lbs etc. No tenths.

    @Starshine15 Hi I use the Tanita BF-680 Body Fat/Body Water Scale
    by Tanita from Amazon after a year it's still great $66 There are so many swanky ones out there. Fitbit has one that sends data from your scale to your Fitbit

    @empire5 Super 1st weigh in for the month!
    @rekvar12 No gain after a 1000 calorie overage is a win in my book!
    @Starshine15 Sure! And my $16 digital Health-O-Meter scale from Walmart lasted me 20+ years.
    @dheliason I'm sorry. I'd bet if you drink up most of it will be gone in a day or two though.
    @shanteel612 great day!
