    Good morning all! A bit late to the party this month but better late than never I guess? Ended March at 143 lbs, inching forward toward my goal. Definitely still in the low carb zone, but a few months into Keto I’m starting to get bored of my tried and true Keto-friendly snacks and straying a bit and I don’t like the feeling I get when I’ve had a perfectly good Keto day and succumb to a muffin, or “just a handful” of chips. I know it’s on me and I need to develop some discipline! :(

    My goal for April: 160 lbs (to lose 10 lbs). Starting to work out this month so will see if this has any effect on weight loss.

    BadAtitude, you should be GoodAtitude. Looking at our companion spreadsheet, it appears to me you’ve lost 23.8 pounds this year so far. You should celebrate the fact you’ve lost another 2.4 pounds in April. Ten pounds in one month is a huge goal for someone getting so close to your goal weight. In fact, look at your past progress, you have never lost 10 pounds in one month.

    So, my question is, why be so hard on yourself in April? In my opinion, you should set an attainable goal in April, then blow it away, just like you’ve done each previous month. You are doing awesome and I along with others envy the success you have accomplished. Change your attitude and your April goal.

    I am 45, and it is not easy to loose weight (as it was 10 years ago), but I won't give up B)
