It's our 31st wedding anniversary today ... and the wedding dress FITS .... and I have pre-logged food for the day (including our at-home celebration dinner WITH a second helping of dessert) and, with relatively limited exercise calories to cover ... it is looking to be a GREEN day .... (and it's our 31st anniversary ... a once in a lifetime event (if the exercise session gets shorted)4

I'm baaaack......we decided to take an extra day so made it back in town late yesterday. I an Way behind in reading all the posts but I wanted to jump on before I head to work. I'm not gonna weigh until Friday. I'm taking this week to reboot. I didn't do horribly over the weekend but I could have done better. A few too many glasses of wine and a few too many snacks.
As for my steps (we did a lot of walking), do I go back and post those or just pick up with today?
Heading to the gym after work. I've got my workout clothes, my lunch packed and my water bottle's full. Here's to a good week.2 -

Great to have you back! We have missed you, and would love to have your steps for while you were gone, if you have a chance to post them. Thanks!1 -

Just curious if anyone here can figure this out. I've been making chicken soup by boiling chicken carcasses and loads of veggies, herbs and spices. I then sieve it and serve only the liquid (essentially chicken flavoured water). How do I work out the calories?
A generic one on MFP comes up at 50 calories per cup but they vary wildly.
Any advice appreciated.0 -
Good Afternoon Fat2Fit Challengers
As you all may or may not know, our own Greg ( @navydaddjtc ) lost his mother after a long and difficult illness. In a show of support and to help let Greg know he has our support and is in our thoughts - I ask that each of us pause for a moment of reflection and then post a heart or a rose on the Workout Warriors Team Thread or in your own thread with Greg (@Navydaddjtc) tagged in the message...
Let's help share in his loss and help him through these difficult times...!

Minutes and steps are counted separately - don't worry about the total, I'll take care of that! Give me the total of minutes per different exercise, and total steps for the day. I'll figure it out. Thanks!
Everyone on the baseball team - don't worry about the runs - just report the minutes per activity and then total steps for the day. They are considered separately, and sometimes the results are way more than you think!0 -

Sorry, but it was just not enough steps or time to count for a base in the baseball game - it still counts for steps on the step team though!0 -
I'll figure out all the baseball scores tomorrow morning! sorry that I have been a bit disorganised - visiting chez papa, and all kinds of craziness - I'll have time in the morning to figure it all out.... thanks for your patience!0

Weighing in wednesday
PW: 183
CW: 184.3
Hmm, frustrating. I seem to be hovering around this weight for the last few weeks. My food wasn't great this week but I was careful most of the time so was hoping to at least stay the same.
Well, it's a reminder for me to get back to what was working well and stick to my calorie goals. Hopefully, May will be more successful.2
