    Good Morning Everyone!

There are a few more days left for the MAY REGISTRATION to get new people into our challenge...

I would like to ask all of us to help recruit... PLEASE, post something on your MFP wall about this site and containing links to the group page and the registration page. Post a "plug" for the group! Also, feel free to do any individual recruiting you can, especially if you are in multiple groups.

It's always better to have friends and family here with us!!!

    Steve

Here is the link to post, so that people can go directly to the registration page:

OK, I get NAGGY at the end of the month. A few of you are late with your weigh-ins, and I'm sure you have great reasons, BUT let's get everything in so that I can already add your current weight as your starting weight for next month. Thanks!

OK, I was super active because was freaking out about my weigh-in tomorrow with the many groups I am in. Here are my stats for Baseball 5/2: 45 minutes Leslie Sansones walk away the pounds, Richard Simmon's Cardio 20 minutes and toning 15 minutes, I walked earlier in the day for 1hour and 33 minutes, and later in the day with the dog for 57 minutes. My steps I will post in the morning as I am over14,000 so far, hoping to get 15,000 by the end of the night.

Yes, it means strike out. That is less than 7500 steps or 30 minutes of intentional exercise. If you did more, let me know! It is not a big worry - we are still winning and the team is awesome! You did great for a lot of the challenge, and we are well placed to make #1.

keep in mind that when you suddenly do more exercise than your body is used to ... the muscles hold water for a day or two in self-repair mode. And you ran RIOT yesterday! ... so although it won't be your official weigh in day ... I bet you will see a significant drop before the Week 1 weigh in next week - and your May Stats will start strong.

uuummmmmm @jugar, could you or one of the other moderators check the formula in my row of the "monthly total change" column on the spreadsheet? It is saying that there is less than half a pound LEFT of me (over 99% starting weight lost)

I know my post Easter bloat is dealt with (see above), but not THAT dealt with!
