    Weighing in wednesday

Hmm, frustrating. I seem to be hovering around this weight for the last few weeks. My food wasn't great this week but I was careful most of the time so was hoping to at least stay the same.
Well, it's a reminder for me to get back to what was working well and stick to my calorie goals. Hopefully, May will be more successful.

Don't forget you lost 3.6 pounds over the 2 previous weeks - sometimes when there is a quick loss, things stabilize afterwards and then start back down again. You've got this!

Steps 4/28~ 5,540. 12min walk didnt do much was feeling sick, still am today but will try to get more.

Hope you're feeling better -- but if you are still under the weather, we have 2 subs who could put their baseball scores in for you until you are up and ready for your usual. Take care of yourself in any case!

    BIG QUESTION
@steplaj , the F2F owner and fearless leader, would like to know if any of the teams wants to change its name.

DO YOU? or are we happy Waisting Away?

I'm fine with the name. I think it's rather catchy but I'll defer to the majority.

I'm fine with it as is. I'm just trying to make it a reality every day. The struggle is real! LOL

F2F weeks ALWAYS start on a Sunday ... so we are currently in "Week 5 of April".

"Week 1 of May" begins Sunday, May 5.

The May Chatroom will be opening any day now, so watch for the announcement to go introduce yourself.

THIS Chatroom won't close UNTIL very early in the week of May 5. Most likely the Sunday or Monday, to avoid the continuing people posting in the "wrong month".

I have to say I am glad people like the name! When I first joined, I didn't like it much. But these days I am doing so many crazy ab workouts that my WAIST is feeling far and AWAY better than ever, and the name has grown (shrunk?) on me... But if anyone really dislikes it or has a crazy new idea, speak soon!

    Good Morning Everyone!

There are a few more days left for the MAY REGISTRATION to get new people into our challenge...

I would like to ask all of us to help recruit... PLEASE, post something on your MFP wall about this site and containing links to the group page and the registration page. Post a "plug" for the group! Also, feel free to do any individual recruiting you can, especially if you are in multiple groups.

It's always better to have friends and family here with us!!!

    Steve
