I have just calculated my BMI and my loss this week has taken me out of the 'obese' range and into 'overweight'! I'm very excited as I have not been in that category for a very long time!5

Sunday Baseball I did walking as we ran errands and shopped - I did 36 minutes walking (I most likely will not do anymore today, but will log steps tonight or tomorrow morning.1

Sorry...have been barely keeping up with things. Crazy week around here. My mom is going home from rehab on Monday (finally) so there has been a lot on cleaning and shopping. Picking up some equipment to help her till shes a 100 %. Just tough keeping up. Next week hoping to participate a bit more!!!2

Sorry did another 25 minutes walking around at the cerebral palsy duck race. I did not expect the hubby to go out again, but we did now I am totally done with out and moving.2 -

No exercise to report for 4/27/19. I had already hit my goal of exercising 6 out of 6 days this week, so I decided to rest instead.2 -

Sunday I walked for 1 hour 1 minute and steps steps were not enough to log for baseball (under 6,000).1

MONDAY already. How the heck did that happen?
I spent a big part of yesterday driving, and I'm down in the USA for a week hanging out with my old happypappy. My stepmom needed a week off I'll get lots of dog walking in, and will do my workout videos and help get next month set up.
Last week of Baseball, oh team of awesomeness! Last week we got 93 runs. WOW and CONGRATS all around!
