    Hello all! The weekend is almost here! :smiley:

    I am feeling really good! I am so focused right now with my workouts and eating. 18:6 IF has been going well. I get hungry towards the last hour, but I hang in and my food tastes that much better when I finally eat, I really enjoy my food. I worked out at home last night, my usual Wednesday night workout. Back to the gym tonight & tomorrow! The scale was down again this morning. I am hoping to have another pound or 2 off by Saturday, but I will be happy with any loss. Every time I think I might skip a workout, I think about how good I am going to fell when I step on the scale and the number goes down, that is keeping me motivated.

    @cyndiesstuff you have a great attitude! I hope you can find the help you need and your son gets help as well. You will be in my neck of the woods for part of your honeymoon, I live in NJ, right near NYC. I am a 10 minute train ride to NY. Glad your mom is doing ok.

    @sleepymom5 hang in there! There is only so much you can do for your niece. Let her be if she does not want your advice. Make your list, it may help you to feel more in control!

    @gottagetthisdown good luck with the running! Enjoy your new running shoes, break those babies in, lol

    Hello everyone. I’m in Vegas now with some girlfriends and it’s really nice to have friends to hang out with. We are all cloggers (dancers) and that is how we met. We are getting a lot of walking in and I’ve made a few “donations “ to the casinos!! I’m trying to control my eating but it’s tough being away from my usual routine. I hope you are all doing well!!

    @nstephenson01 I actually looked this am for that in the pod casts but I guess she didn't post it over there yet. For some reason I think maybe she does that on Saturdays? I need to listen to that too. I got under 200 then stalled so maybe some of the same things apply to me. I gained 1.2 lbs in April so not a good month for me either. Let's just make a plan for May and hit some goals. We can do this!

    @GingerPwr I believe last day of baseball is Saturday. We are still waiting for them to post the May thread. This is the last week of the April Weigh ins even though it is May. I am sure we will hear soon.

    Logged: yes, over (oh no, started ok, but then lost it, doesn’t help went there is drama at home.)
