Sorry my steps are lacking, Monday was rest day, yesterday I had an appointment for a tattoo, and also had to take my step dad to his rehab appointment, and today I have a dentist appointment, but I am going to hit the gym for about half an hour before I go, then probably the bike when I get home.1 -
@angmarie28 Tattoo? I presume it says "Trimstones Forever" with your goal weight?3

Hello Fat2Fit Challengers!
Just a quick announcement to let everyone know that Mari ( @mari_moulin ) has stepped down and away from the group again for a bit of quality life time with her family and such... Knowing Mari - I am sure she is in and out of the group all the time and I am positive she will be around to help us anytime we need it...
In the meantime, I have asked @jugar if she would be interested in becoming a moderator and helping us to run the group. Liselyn had mentioned to Becky that she was interested in doing more with the group and I know she has been doing great as a team captain... Liselyn has accepted and is now the groups newest Group Moderator. Please take a minute to say hi and congratulate her on her well deserved promotion... Please remember, these are not paid positions, everything she does - she is doing for all of us! Thank you Liselyn - for stepping up and working to help everyone in the Fat2Fit Weight Loss Challenge!

Well obviously, lol... Actually it is an autism awareness tattoo for my 10 year old son who is on the spectrum. I wanted a puzzle piece with a heart, He wanted it to be a green puzzle piece and a monkey.

So why not build the heart around the monkey with the monkey in the middle...
Like - He is forever in my heart!
And @mulecanter - you are right, it should say TRIMSTONES FOREVER underneath...

@steplaj the heart was suppose to be inside the puzzle piece, just really simple outline of a puzzle piece with a little heart inside, but I let my son pick the design, and he wanted a monkey, lol. but that would have been a good idea2

@mulecanter Thats really neat. Aydon wants to be in the army, unfortunately they do not take people on the spectrum, but he is very high functioning so there's a chance he can fight it, but I do not think he will do well in that environment at all as he hats yelling, and cant do loud noises, so being yelled at and shooting guns doesnt sound like it will do hi well, but im sure he will find his place and will go well in it.1

Time will tell, they grow out of some of that I believe.1 -

I lost weight last week. This week I'm starving. I don't know why, I'm just never full and my stomache is growling even after a full meal. I am trying to eat healthy. Salads and celery, cucumber and fruit. I'm drinking lots of water even. I'm on day three now of this. I'm afraid to step on the scale. Nothing is helping.2

She had already posted these. I entered them yesterday.0 -
@jessicakrall8 something is up with our sheet. We have two @schlerin. I'm entering them on the next to last line. Don't know why there are two except when I set up the names, I added her and maybe you added her again? Either way, we need to delete the upper one and then we still have room for another stepper!0
-
@jessicakrall8 and it's very possible I just added them twice, not saying you did it. I've been so oxygen deprived with this COPD, it's been hard to concentrate. So not saying it was your fault at all lol. I'm going to delete her off the upper line, since the lower one is all filled in.

Does anyone else want to join the step challenge? We'd have to have your steps from March 30-present?0
-
@kmfeig87 can you please post your steps at your earliest convenience? Thank you so much. Hope all is well with you.0

Yes, I'm drinking a smoothie for breakfast with multi grain toast and eating a regular lunch and dinner. I'm still very hungry so I'm eating healthy foods after at least trying too.1 -

I had brown rice with my dinner. I'm actually full for the first time in the days. Yes! I hope it lasts.0 -
