Exercise: The weather was nice so I went a walk (1h 10m) with my OH and baby son this evening.
💬Comments: It would be amazing if I’ve hit my GW for my weigh-in tomorrow morning. Here’s hoping for 147.9 or lower 🤞🏻 Even if I don’t, I’m still staying positive ☺️

Nice walk!! How old is your son?? ❤️

I'll think of you in the morning, good luck! No matter what, you've had an amazing week with positive choices that won't have been wasted 😘 xx

Thank you! He’ll be 7 months old on the 14th, he’s my wee miracle and keeps me going 👶 That’s true, I haven’t had one bit of chocolate this week so I’ve done good lol. Let’s hope the scales go in the right direction for us tomorrow 🤞🏻 and if not, we don’t let it get us down and just keep going. A while back I remember writing in my daily post that “I have a good feeling about tomorrow’s weigh-in”...and I think I gained about 2lbs 😂 So I’m saying nothing lol 💕

Daily Check in Sunday 9th June
    Track: yes
    Calories: yes under
Exercise: Dog walk in the sunshine this morning to get a skinny latte. 10000+ steps today despite a big headache all day.
Comment: weigh in tomorrow. Realise any loss will be water weight as I start this journey but I'm enjoying being part of this team, keeping my logging honest and being accountable. The biscuit tin is gathering dust and the house is getting tidied as I steer away from the kitchen.

    📣📣Daily check in📣📣

    ☀️Sunday June 9th ☀️

    ✔Tracked: yes
✔Calories: way under... this sickness has been rough trying to force myself to eat. I still have like 800 calories I need to eat, but I feel nauseous.
    ✔Exercise: walked, sprints, softball

Weigh in tomorrow should be good. Hopefully I get my appetite back before my weekend camping trip!

Exercise: Spent hours out in the yard weeding and planting.

Went out to eat yesterday. My choice was bad for the scale but I enjoyed it. Hoping to not struggle to get it off all week.

    💪Weekly weigh-in💪

    Weigh in on Mondays
    Username: lsjhudson
    Week: June, week 2
    PW =227
    CW=226.6

    Loss this wk: 0.4 lb
    Total loss: 6.4 lb

Ugh. I know it's a loss but...I deserve more than that! I'm feeling so frustrated. Whenever I've been over my daily allowance it's been so slight, like maximum of 100kcal because I was away and needed a little extra. But nothing crazy and I worked SO hard. It makes me feel that either I'm wildly inaccurate with how I'm logging (but I mean I would have to be awfully wrong most of the time and that's just not true bc bar the weekend I have been able to weigh and measure everything)...or my body has just been stuck this week. I'm trying to remember the "whoosh" that @AB0215 talks about so i don't pull my hair out, and I know a loss is still a loss..but you get it right? It feels so unfair. 😩

But I can't let this derail me today. I need to just carry on and ignore it ❤️

    Morning Laura 👋🏻

Any loss is great, so well done ☺️ Do you use a food scale? It was just when you said maybe you’re innacurate with how you’re logging that I wondered if you use a food scale to weigh out your portions. I only started using one maybe a couple of months ago and it was an eye-opener! Prior to getting a food scale, I had been guessing and using other methods for measuring my portions which turned out to be really inaccurate. I got a nice digital food scale from eBay for about £7 and it’s one of the best things I’ve bought. Hang in there, you’re doing great...and you didn’t gain 🥳 💕

    PW: 156.3

    Goals:
This is what I said last Monday! "Looking forward to the week and what the scale brings. Hoping to end the week with a 2 to 3 pound loss. Need to stop the over-snacking, it's slowing me down."

Well...I only lost one pound (which is better than nothing) and I was still snacking a bit too much. So this week, I will stick to my goal. I've been allowing myself 50 NET carbs, but this week I will allow myself 30 to 50 TOTAL CARBS. I will eat at a max of 8oz of berries per day and the 1 bread/bread substitute servings I'm allowed and the rest will come from veggies.
I have 29 days left, so I need to stop messing around!

Calories: I'm sure I was over
Water: more than I used to drink on the weekends, but not as much as I drink during the week
    Exercise: no

My weekends are getting better. I'm still having a hard time tracking and my eating is less structured than during the week, but I'm making better choices!

    June: Week #1

    Original starting weight: 273

    PW: 198.7
    CW: 198.4

I have been at this for 8 months now and I feel like I have gotten into a little rut. I've lost 75 lbs and I've been sticking to around 1350 calories and walking an average of 4 miles every day. I think I might try to stay under 1250 or 1300 calories each day for awhile, while upping my walking a bit. I weight a lot less than when I started so it makes sense that I need fewer calories to keep losing weight.

Is anyone else getting a bunch of "don't forget to update your weight" reminders? I updated this morning, but just got but probably got 4 or 5 reminders in the last hour!

My kitchen is really small. When fridge is open there's only a small area to get by between door and counter.... usually I can't fit. TODAY I FIT. I didn't even bump the fridge door. 🎉🎉

    That's fantastic!!!

I remember when I could sit in a chair and for the first time, my hips didn't rub on the arm rests. I felt so skinny that day!!!
