    💬Comments: I’ve been doing well with my water intake and it’s definitely helping curb the cravings. It’s made me realise I’ve probably been mistaking thirst for hunger much of the time!

    It's amazing how thirsty I am all the time since I started making sure I'm drinking the right amount....how clueless have I been up until this point! And probably like you thinking I was hungry instead of thirsty!

    Last night my throat started bothering me a bit and I just felt wiped out. Hopefully I’m not getting sick. Throat Still feeling a little sore. So I think I might take it easy. No running. But will definitely go for a walk.

    Well done! Also: I think it's going to be scorching tomorrow! (Although not as bad as poor France)...my son has sports day at school too 🙄that'll be fine...x3 iced water bottles it is!!

    Exercise. Took a nice 60 min walk today. Was feeling a bit under the weather, so I didn’t want to over do it. Feeling better tonight.

    @tinak33 This is precisely why I don't allow myself to cheat or go over, I lose all control and it takes me soooo long to get back into it.

    Luckily for me, I was the only one in my house still awake! Although I kept expecting my husband or one of the kids to wander out and ask what was going on.

    Water: yes - 130+ oz
    Exercise: yes - made it back to the gym and a HIIT session with my trainer. It was brutal - and we were outside - but it was awesome! So glad I didn't miss again! And I got over 14k steps in (it was a crazy day at work). But...

    That's probably it for gym sessions for me until Monday. My daughter's birthday is tomorrow - so it's home to wrap gifts, prep treats and try to get a jump-start on my weekend to-do list. Plus, this week has just worn me out, so I'm hoping to get a little extra sleep in as well!
