Tracked, walking and over (brunch and Starbucks and that damn brunch But it may be offset by my exercise. Will refrain though from counting those calories. Le sigh but le happiness and great times hanging with folk. Next week is my countdown time for Haiti trip, so I'll treat my body extra right with nutritious food1

Really proud of myself this week. I can’t tell you the last time I’ve managed to stay under my calories almost every day (Sundays are always a challenge). Proof shows on the scale and how I’m feeling which gives me motivation to keep it up this week.5 -

I need to get my head back in the game.
I have a plan for the week:
M/W/F = weights plus cross training (rowing, biking, elliptical) plus 10,000 steps
T/Th/Sat = interval run training plus 10,000 steps
Sun = 10,000 steps
My weekly goal: stay under my calories every day plus 8 glasses of water
I need to remember my "Do it for"s
Do it for the Hell no! I will not be diagnosed with Diabetes
Do it for Wanting to see my grandchildren grow up
Do it for Silencing everyone who thinks I can't
Do it for wanting to be a hot AF 50 year old grandma
Do it for ME
