Goals for this past week Tuesday to Saturday we're to get at least 15,000 steps each day, meditate at least 5 minutes each day, two strength training workouts and two rounds of Couch Potato to 5K. As long as I fit in another 8,000 steps today-I'll have met my goals. I have a backyard project that should easily cover the steps.1

Sorry! I've been travelling and it's been crazy so I fell off the community tab for a few days!
I didnt weigh in on Thursday but on Wednesday morning weighed 175.4.
Steps this week:
Tuesday: 13568
Weds: 9406
Thu: 8385
Friday: 19698
Sat: 9456
