    Sunday goals update:
    Okay so on the challenge page I set slightly different goals to the ones up on this thread. They are 1) 12,000 steps, 2) do exercise above walking 3) stick to my food plan (and log it) I will still aim for that meat free week and also sleep, but already failed at that one last night..... my book is too good and couldn't put it down to have an early night!

    Sunday Steps - 12354 (just over, but made it happen so that's okay!)
    Food - on plan and under budget. Excited to be back following my weekly meal plan this week. Yesterday did include a lot of cals from haribo..... but that's sometimes how weekends roll!
    Exercise - didn't do anything above walk as it was my rest day but did do a 30 minute post dinner walk for exercise so am counting that.

    Today I plan to meet my goals by:

    1) taking a walk before work and one after to get to 12k as I'm in my close office today and it isn't a run day.
    2) about to do an arm workout for non walk exercise
    3) happy and ready to stick to my planned meals.

    A few days late, but my weight this week (July 21) is 198.7

    It’s getting busy for me as I prepare to head back into the classroom, and revival is this week at my church. I will not be eating as healthy as I should... last week of bad eating then preplanning starts and it’s protein bars on the run for 10 months 🏃‍♀️🤷‍♀️😂

    Hi all.
    PW: 248.5
    CW: 244.5
    Lost a lot of water weight from my two weeks of eating 300 more calories daily as a sort of diet break. Almost back to where I was 3 weeks ago. Long day at the hospital with my 83 year old Dad who had hand surgery. All went well, he and my Mom are tucked in for the afternoon, so I just arrived home and look forward to a restful nap. Bye!

    I believe this heat wave we are having is going to FINALLY break tomorrow. Thank goodness! I did manage to get a 4.25 mile run in yesterday, but I had to get up at 6 a.m. to do it before it got so hot. I had a moment of weakness this afternoon and hit the candy jar at work. :( Planning to do better tomorrow.

    This is two weeks and 1 day between weigh ins, am very happy as I was worried I might gain weight while away (disruption of normal routine, no ability to weigh each day as I usually do, fitting my eating around others, including eating out & a birthday celebration) - but managed to do well anyway.

    Also, this somewhat puts me right on track for meeting the Green July Challenge. I've lost 8.8 lbs over 4 weeks, and have one more week to go - if at the same rate of 2.2 lbs per week - will take me to my 11lb goal.

    My day started with no coffee due to a broken machine. Left me grumpy all morning. I hope to see an Amazon package tomorrow. As for my goals this week, yesterday I walked over 7000 steps and I stayed within my calorie goal. I didn’t swim laps yesterday but I did tread water for over 20 minutes. Yesterday’s steps- 8643

    @ssummerlin80 our heat wave broke yesterday. I froze at the pool the last 2 days.

    2. Stay w/in calorie count=2 for 2
    3. Prep lunch night before=2 for 2

    My green challenge was to lose 4 lbs this month and have lost 3.5 lbs as of last week’s weigh in.

    I started at 144.2 and last week I was 140.7

    I’m hoping to be 140.2 or below on Wednesday to get to the goal. I’m finding it hard to lose more than 1 lb a week on average so I might be in this goal range til I hit 130, then down to .5 lb for the last 10 lbs. I’m currently 20 lbs off from goal weight of 120.

    This is the last week so I am doing an early retrospect for July. For Green Challenge my target was 5 lbs. Started with 174 lbs, first week I gained, 175 lbs, second week lost, 171.9 lbs, third week 171.7 lbs. Hopefully scale will show atleast 170 lbs on Friday!

    Today I went for lifting after a long time, SL 5×5 but couldn't do some work outs due to lack of time. Have completed 10123 steps already.

    Just remember we have this week and week 5’s weigh in to reach the green challenge goal. I need your steps for Wednesday July 17th please.

    Sorry for not being more clear. I’m on vacation next week in Hawaii so trying to figure out the scale situation. In the event my travel scale doesn’t arrive on time, will have to skip next week and just use the four week’s progress towards the green.

    Goals for the rest of the week:
    Get at least 15,000 steps each day
    Meditate for at least 5 minutes each day (why does it seem so difficult to find 5 minutes of quiet time?)
    Get in 2 lifting workouts
