    Daily check in
    Spent the morning mini golfing with hubby and the grandkids. The rest of the day as been lazy. After supper, I am going to go for a walk.

    Some goals for this week:
    1. Hit a minimum of 7000 steps daily
    2. Swim 3 times this week
    3. Stay within in my calories daily.

    Lol I had a very lazy day and didnt track very well. But I'm doing better today and actually walked outside so that's good :tongue:

    I had a major weight gain this week. Sorry to let the team down. I was on a bit of a diet break, trying to eat at maintenance. It didn't go very well. But back at it today!

    I went to the pool with the kids today. While they were playing, I treaded water for awhile. I went for a walk this evening and I got my 7000 steps in today. Stayed within my calories but I cut it very close. The next couple of days they are calling for rain and thunderstorms so I may not get much swimming or walking done.

    @lindamtuck2018. Thanks, Linda. I needed that. I did well today. My goal is to get back to 244 or less by the end of July, so I won't have a gain for the month. Thanks again!

    Daily check in: felt a bit meh yesterday and I'd be lying if some of it wasn't scale related...... I wish I didnt let that number define my mood so easily! Snacked a little bit too much in the evening but in general was on track with food and good with exercise and water.

    Hoping for a good day today, slept better last night and got a lovely evening planned tonight with a couple of mates (will prob take me over cals, but I'm trying to believe I'll limit the damage!)

    I'm enjoying the pyramid challenge and have already planned my 20 minute walk in for the day and have an idea how I'll get in an extra veggie!

    Forgot to add, steps yest were 11 254. Low for me even with a 35 min walk after work......!

    gained .6 lbs in the last two weeks. some late night snacking and too much fruit at night. still have a 20+ weight loss since mid-May.

    Daily check in:
    No swim today but I did walk twice. There were light rain showers when I went for my second walk and I almost turned around. My neighbor was leaving the building at the same time and she reminded me I am not sugar and I won’t melt. Yesterday’s steps: 7,490.

    @LaurieWrobo I am glad your migraine finally eased off.

    @kilobykilo do you use a weight trending app? I use Happy Scale and it gives me a better overall picture of my weight variations.

    @lindamtuck2018 I love walking/running in light rain! Was brought up with the mantra 'you won't melt'!

    I use libra; but still don't like the number rising! I hope to eventually move away from weighing in often, but, need to be closer to goal first!

    Had a lovely evening last night, and only a couple of glasses of wine; but far too much bread, cheese and pizza (whoops!) Back on it today and determined to have a great 7 days between tomorrow's weigh in and the next!

    Steps for 16th July - 17952

    Today I've planned in my fruit and walk and looking forward to evening stretches! Something that might just become a habit :)
